From start to finish, every member of the staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I especially want to recognize the branch manager, Ana Maldonado. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my experience was excellent and that I left completely satisfied. While I was there, the branch got pretty hectic at times, but Ana handled multiple situations with the utmost professionalism and composure. It was clear she takes pride in running a tight operation and supporting both her team and customers. Ana is truly an asset not only to this branch but to Enterprise as a whole. Customer service like this is rare, and it definitely stood out. I would absolutely rent from this location again.

One of the employees told her to come in the next morning and “maybe” there would be a car for her. I had to pick her up as she had no way home. Promising cars that don’t exist is a scam and leaving a woman stranded at night is unethical. Don’t come here, this is an unserious business. Edit 3/24/26: They ended up giving my girlfriend a car the following day after my initial review, but a month later are retroactively charging her for the car, even though the contract states that the insurance company is supposed to pay 100%. They kept her card information on file from the deposit and charged her again without her consent. They never gave her receipts for the extra charges and when she called nobody could explain what the charges are for. Stay away from this scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS" THEY JUST KEEP CREDIT CARD INFO ON FILE AND CHARGE YOU RANDOMLY, LITERALLY STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS.
