  Pésimo servicio recomiendo no venir a este lugar la señora de la recepción híper grosera,no sabe atender al público,no tiene ni lo mínimo necesario para atender a nadie,no está capacitada para el puesto,deberían enseñarle trato de respeto mínimo,o conocimientos mínimos de atención al cliente

  They do not give you military discount. Even after they say they do in person. I was rejected the discount after all the work was done and I’m just left looking like an idiot. If they lie about something as simple as that, imagine what else they lie about and make commission off you. Never again. But what do they care….im just another fool they made money off of. Way to crap on your disable veterans.

  I have visited this location a couple of times, and for the most part, all the employees I have interacted with have been very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, during my last visit in November for an oil change, I had a negative experience. The service itself seemed to go well, but the following day, I noticed that my truck was leaking antifreeze. When I opened the hood, I realized that the cap on the antifreeze overflow tank had been left open. I returned to the store the next day and spoke with an employee who was very polite and asked me to pull in so they could check the vehicle. However, shortly after, another employee approached me with a noticeable attitude and stated that nothing was wrong and that no oil cap had been left open. I explained that I was not referring to the oil cap, but to the antifreeze overflow cap, especially since I had been charged $10 to refill the antifreeze the day before. Instead of addressing the concern, he became defensive and dismissive, stating that if I couldn’t trust their work, that was my problem. When I asked to speak with a manager, he said that he was the manager. I then requested contact information for his district manager, and he replied that he did not report to anyone and refused to provide any information, telling me to call corporate instead. I asked for his name, which he gave as Francisco Rabelo. I also suggested that he could benefit from additional customer service training, as his behavior was unprofessional and unnecessary. It’s disappointing to see how one poorly handled interaction can reflect badly on a business, especially when the rest of the staff has always been courteous and helpful. I will not be returning to this location, and I recommend that anyone who does visit make sure to open their hood before leaving and double-check that everything has been properly secured.
