When I took my car to another mechanic, I was told the leak happened because the bolt had been sealed and tightened to the extreme, and the gasket wasn’t replaced. I want to point out that the manager at this location was very helpful and tried to assist me — he’s not the issue. The problem is with the technicians. It feels like they rush through the job without attention to detail. For a simple oil change, they should replace the oil filter, drain bolt, and gasket properly. Instead, they used a power drill to screw on the bolt so tightly that it melted and became impossible to remove. This mistake has caused multiple issues for my vehicle, and I’m very disappointed. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning after this experience.

Porque eso eleva muchísimo el costo del servicio , si buscas algo con el valor regular del cambio de aceite este no es el lugar , según cambiaron mi filtros mañana los mandaré a revisar y les dejaré saber si no fue pura pantalla
