- JNjulianis navarroOct 26, 20251.0Fui anoche sabado 23 de octubre 2025 a las 8 y 20 pm y para mi fue una tremende desepcion ya que siempre he ido a esa tienda y todo muy bien muy amables pero esta vez el asistente manager en turno Osea Ferrari Jimenez que persona mas grosera, fui a verificar si mi vateria funcionaba e inmediatamente me empezo a tratar groseramente diciendome que no se me puede cambiar la bateria y otras cosas sin pregubtar nada sigui hablandome mal y mando al muchacho que estaba ahí a que verificara lo que decia sobre si yo tenia garantia en la bateria, lo que el muchacho corroboro a este joven amable le pregunté que si los jefes ahi eran asi de groseros y me dijo que a veces, muy mal asistente para estar al servicio sel cliente
- JCJuan CarlosOct 16, 20251.0I went into this place to get a alternator for my Hyundai 2019 and I gave them all the information and they still ended up giving me the wrong alternator the first time. Luckily the second time around the guy got the right one. I also had my battery tested with their tester and it passed have a battery tester, a Mac load battery tester and my Tester it said fail. I went back to AutoZone. I tested it in front of them and my tester said fail. He tested it with his and it said pass. And this battery had warranty. I couldn't do anything about it. I ended up taking it somewhere else to the dealership and surely enough the first thing. They told me you need to replace the battery so AutoZone did not honor a Barry warranty. For sure, I am not buying a battery ever again from there if they're not going to honor warranties.
