  Compras en linea para solo recoger tu pedido y tienes que hacer linea y esperar a que le resuelvan a todos, habian como 10 personas, para que te entreguen tu pedido, entonces...QUÉ SENTIDO TIENE HACER TU PEDIDO UN DÍA ANTES PARA ADELANTAR SI NO ADELANTAS ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA?????

  Fabian at the Hialeah 1237 w 68 st location is top notch! He went the extra mile for me. Did what no other worker would and I left completely satisfied. I have never seen anyone assist me like the way he did. I hope he gets acknowledged for his assistance. I went to the 9806 sw 8th st location and they didn’t want to help me out with anything giving me horrible attitude and no form of help.

  I went to Auto Zone to get a diagnosis because my service engine light came on. An Employee by the name of Fabian helped me. He went outside with me connected the instrument and ran the test. He couldn’t get any readings, we went back inside and he did a lot of research online the computer and he did find out what the problem was. He explained all my options on what to do to correct the problems and printed me some paper work. Mr Fabian in my opinion went above and beyond to please me the customer. Fabian is very professional and knowledgeable at his job. He acts like he really enjoys his job and working for the company. The treatment I received from him made me a new customer and I won’t be going back to the store that is next door to Auto Zone

  This is one of the few reviews I do because normally I think it doesn’t matter but might I just say, I was helped out by a man named Pedro. I’m pretty sure he was a manager, he went above and beyond to help me with my needs. This young man is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. He told me he was new but you could not tell at all!! I noticed the store was very clean as well, and not like the others. I will definitely come back to this store and ask for Pedro. TRUST ME GUYS ASK FOR PEDRO, you will thank me later. And he’s easy on the eyes too. I don’t see no ring on that finger, lol.
