The manager Luis, is always available for us, helps us with our requests, is very fast, clear and knows about our needs. William also is very kind, professional, knows about the best for Us, answer all the questions with patience and is doing an excellent customer service. I truly recommend it.

I gave them my RESERVATION information and I was told that they tried reaching me but unfortunately my vehicle was taken that morning. "A manager from the MIA airport office came in and took the van you reserved because their customer needed it more." The agent said I could try to change my reservation to the rental office at MIA airport. He didn't offer any kind of solution or assistance to help resolve the situation. He just tossed his hands up and said sorry. What's unfortunate is that there were 2 other people in the office with the same problem. The entire situation was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and lacked any sense of customer service. I left angry, frustrated and without a car rental! A reservation means NOTHING to Enterprise. Nobody ever contacted me, despite being told by the corporate office that someone would call to help.
