    Hidden fees and charges after the fact. Was never given a choice to have a vehicle that came at a lower rate and was told that my insurance would cover it. Was also given a hard time when I reached out to the office that provided the rental. Do not recommend.

    I made a reservation over a month in advance for a vehicle pickup today, only to arrive at this location and be told they did not have the car I reserved. That alone is unacceptable, but the way it was handled made it even worse. The assistant manager, William Hernandez, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. When I asked him to call another nearby Enterprise location to confirm availability before I paid for an Uber, he refused and simply told me to “go there, they should have some.” I explained that I was dropped off at this location and could not afford to waste time or money traveling to another store without confirmation. He showed zero concern or effort to help and clearly did not care about resolving the issue. As a Tier Plus customer, I expected at least basic customer service and professionalism. Instead, I was left stranded and forced to call the Enterprise 1-800 number myself. Thankfully, the representative there was able to reserve me a vehicle at a different location, where the staff was professional, courteous, and actually cared about their customers. I will never return to this location as long as William Hernandez is employed there. His attitude reflects poorly on Enterprise and is the reason this location deserves this review. Completely unacceptable experience.

    Our experience with Enterprise was always great. All the personal are excellent. The manager Luis, is always available for us, helps us with our requests, is very fast, clear and knows about our needs. William also is very kind, professional, knows about the best for Us, answer all the questions with patience and is doing an excellent customer service. I truly recommend it.
