    I came to this store and I don’t have too much knowledge on parts, which is why the employees are there, and I put my uncle on the phone/speaker, and even though they couldn’t understand each other, my uncle asked for the manager and the employee was extremely rude and rolling his eyes, not only to my uncle on the phone but as well when he picked up the phone for another customer. Right off the bat, he was standoff-ish. He then proceeded to kick me out, in Spanish, and that I need to go to autozone because he can’t help me. The unprofessionalism, rudeness, and lack of customer skill was astonishing. Even if the employee couldn’t understand my uncle, he already had a short fuse, attitude, and the worst part, kicking me out because he couldn’t “help” me. The only descriptor of the employee I have is that he has a stutter, spoke only Spanish, and has darker complexion. No matter what miscommunication you have, if you work with customers, you need some sort of social skills. This employee completely lacks that.

    Went to this location to return a electrical part the store associated told me that they don't except returns on electrical parts but I told him this information doesn't say it on the receipt nor on the back of it. As a customer there's a flaw and should say it on the receipt, if not should honor return regardless 😡🔥 bad customer satisfaction and bad for business.Better off going to AUTOZONE let it be known; my rating a -3

    When in to return a part (fan clutch ) because it wasnt the right part for my truck . So ask the them if it was fine to return it , or of anything a store credit. The old dude was rude an telling me you used it , it can't be returned am like how would I know if it fit or not if I don't open to see if it works. The guy goes not my problem but I'm not taking it . So he know when he reads this I ask his cowork if I could when It was sold to me at the same store. I come to this place for couple of years an this the first an last time I go to this place .dog water customer service honestly.
