    I’m extremely unhappy with my experience at Advance Auto Parts. I went in to get paint to fix scratches on my car and trusted the staff to provide the correct color. They assured me it would match, but it turned out to be completely wrong. When I returned to the store to address the issue, I expected at least an exchange or some kind of solution. Instead, they refused to refund my money and were not helpful at all. There was no effort to make things right, which was very disappointing. Between being sold the wrong product and the poor customer service afterward, this experience felt like a total waste of money. I won’t be coming back and would caution others to double-check everything before buying from here.

    I had a terrible experience at Advance Auto Parts. I went in to purchase touch-up paint to fix some scratches on my car, and the staff helped me pick out a color they said would match. After applying it, it was clearly the wrong shade and made the scratches look even worse. When I went back to the store to explain the situation and ask for a refund or exchange, they were unwilling to help. Instead of trying to fix the issue, they dismissed my concerns and refused to give my money back. This was a complete waste of time and money, and the lack of customer service made it even more frustrating. I would not recommend relying on their assistance, especially for something as specific as color matching.

I went back hoping they would at least offer a refund or exchange, but they refused to help and didn’t take any responsibility. The lack of customer service was just as frustrating as being sold the wrong product in the first place. Overall, it was a waste of money and time. I expected better support, especially when the mistake came from their recommendation. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location.

    This review is intended as constructive yet serious feedback regarding one employee at this location. Lorenzo provided excellent service. He was efficient at checkout, proactive, and ensured the process moved quickly. Yadira was also professional and receptive to my feedback. However, Emmanuel’s behavior was unacceptable. Speaking to team members disrespectfully in front of customers is unprofessional, and responding to my simple request for your name with “what happens between me and my coworker is not my business” was completely inappropriate. Instead of listening to the feedback I was providing, you escalated the situation and spoke to me in a confrontational manner. This type of interaction drives customers away and reflects poorly on the store as a whole. I hope this is addressed, as professionalism and communication are essential in customer-facing roles. Everyone can have a difficult day, but this experience demonstrates a clear need for improvement.
