  I took my car to a another mechanic place for a oil change, they told me jiffy lube put an oil in my car that was not good for it, there oil Particles leaking on my engine, it really looks bad I wouldn’t recommend coming here and they overcharged me. Never coming here again

  Terrible experience at Jiffy Lube #634 located at 735 W Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL. I brought my own motor oil and my own original AC Delco Ultraguard OEM oil filter, a high performance factory part, for my 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. From the beginning, I clearly stated that they were to use my oil and my filter. After the service was completed, I specifically asked if they had installed my filter and I was told yes. I trusted their word. Later, I checked and discovered they had not installed my filter. Instead, they put a generic white filter on my vehicle. I returned to the location with photo evidence and found my original black AC Delco filter sitting inside their office, unused. In the photos I am uploading, the white filter is the generic one they installed and the black filter is mine, the original AC Delco filter I provided and that they were supposed to install. The most serious issue is not just the mistake, it is that they told me it had been replaced when it had not. That is misleading and dishonest. When I confronted them, the attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. They did not correct the issue. They did not install my filter. They simply handed my filter back to me out of the box and acted bothered that I questioned the service. Trust is everything in automotive service. If I had not double checked, I would have never known they failed to use the parts I provided. I also felt the treatment was disrespectful from the beginning. My English is not perfect, but that should never affect honesty or basic respect toward a paying customer. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this location carefully inspect their vehicle before leaving.

  My overall visit started off fine — the employee who checked in my vehicle and the technician who handled my oil service were both pleasant and professional. The wait time was reasonable as well, about 20 minutes with two cars ahead of me before they began working on my vehicle. However, my experience changed during my tire rotation. While I was sitting in my car on a work call, the technician working on the tires suddenly opened my driver-side door without knocking, greeting me, or apologizing. My leg was visibly leaning against the door, and I do not have dark tints, so it was obvious someone was inside. The only thing he said was, “Put the e-brake.” I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. A simple knock on the window or verbal acknowledgment would have been basic courtesy, especially since customers may be on calls or handling private matters. I shouldn’t feel like I need to lock my car door while sitting inside it at an oil change shop just to prevent someone from opening it unexpectedly. Because of this interaction alone, I would not return to this location, despite the rest of the staff being polite and the service otherwise efficient.

  Really happy that I came to this spot and met Adrien and his team, Marcus, Wesley and all. They went above and beyond to change the oil and check and add all the fluids, air, etc. will definitely recommend and come back!! Thank you all!!
