  Adeola helped me with my reservation and was amazing!! They were able to accommodate a rental on short notice and an hour before closing. All the stuff was very kind and helpful. Will return and recommend.

  The lady who took us to the was great very professional and also the other lady was great very nice all you pet were excellent compare to the Miami garden one on state road 7. I am very happy with guys on location 25 Pembroke pines thank you

  Agent did not offer solutions to my issue of returning car. The agent ommited that vehicle could be returned at any location before midnight as long location had drop off box. Horrible experience

  " Unacceptable Conduct and Lack of Professional Standards" I am formally expressing my concern regarding the unprofessional and unacceptable conduct I experienced when contacting this Enterprise location and the called was answered by someone with very rough-hewn, rural ,and simple ,not "EDUCATION " at all as usually people not have in this company for sure. My call was simple and straightforward: I requested clarification about my outstanding balance and specific information regarding the RACE coverage, including the exact coverage period. These are legitimate, reasonable questions that any customer has the right to ask. Instead of receiving clear and professional assistance, I encountered dismissive and hostile communication from the representative, Rossi. The interaction was marked by impatience and a lack of basic customer service standards. During the conversation, the call was abruptly terminated. When I called back and respectfully requested to speak with another representative to ensure clarity and professionalism, the call was once again terminated in an abrupt and discourteous manner. This behavior reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect toward paying customers. Terminating calls instead of addressing concerns is not an acceptable practice in any reputable organization. Enterprise operates as a national brand that promotes reliability and professionalism. Interactions of this nature undermine that reputation and raise concerns about internal training, oversight, and customer service standards at this location. This matter warrants immediate review by management and corporate leadership. I expect transparency, professionalism, and respectful communication moving forward.I hope not have the unpleasure to see/speak with her anymore whenever I have to come back tom this location.
