    Very nasty older woman closed the gates earlier than 5pm and was extremely disrespectful. She laughed in my face and said her tablet was a few minutes ahead of time and that she was alone. I hope she is fired. If you call her trash it would be a compliment.

    Made a reservation weeks ago. Called to confirm that the reservation went through and was assured that everything would be in order. When we showed up, the car wasn’t there and they said that somebody will be dropping off the car at 12:30pm. The said to return a bit later. I called several times afterwards to confirm whether everything was still good and on schedule, they said not to stress. It was around 4pm when I decided to call to give them a heads up that I was on the way to pick up the car only to learn that the car wasn’t available. The person never returned that particular car and no other office has that car either. Why not call and let me know about it right away?! Spent the entire day waiting around while I cold have looked into reserving with a different company if only they called and warned me about the unavailability
