  I wish I could give them 0 stars. They were tasked with changing all my tires and I trusted them to balance properly but they suck. I went back to ask for them to check it over because the drive in my car was feeling more wobbly, but they dismissed my idea said it was fine and wanted to check for other issues in the car. Lo and behold I got a second opinion, they in fact never noticed that a weight was missing in my rim causing my tire to wobble when I drive, thus my tire was improperly balanced and now I have to get it done again. Like sure they can change your tires, but will never expect anything more especially from this location again. Kind regards.

  Last December I almost got a flat tire, a 3-inch screw was in my tire. It was around 7:30 p.m. and I called Tire Kingdom in Hallandale, they were open, and they were going to wait for me to assist me with this issue. Lloyd was the representative on the phone, and the one that helped me with the tire problem resolution. I did not get the mechanic's name, but I must say both were exceptional. If Corporate people are reading this review, please congratulate the staff working in that location. They are valuable assets. Thank you, Lloyd for you help and incomparable service. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  My tires arrived very quickly and they kindly called me quickly to reschedule because my original date that was set for the 24th of December. They checked my brakes and discovered I needed basically a full replacement minus the front calipers. I decided to do it. I can't really complain but I do feel it took a bit longer than it should have. And it's probably not their fault, but the cost for the entire job was well above what I thought it would be (likely still cheaper than doing the whole job at my dealer though). The labor represented 27 % of the total cost. They were friendly though and I will likely be going back in the future.

  I asked my brother to visit this shop to replace the wheels and do a wheel alignment on my car. Wheel replacement was done, thank you for that. However, the wheel alignment was done incorrectly. The car that needed alignment is BMW M240i G42, but the alignment was performed using settings for a BMW 2 Series F44, which is a different model with different suspension geometry. When I asked my brother to return and fix it, at service told “this is how it should be.” Later that evening, I drove the car myself on a flat, straight road: • When holding the steering wheel straight, the car pulls to the left • When releasing the steering wheel, the car aggressively pulls to the right After this alignment, the car became unsafe and almost uncontrollable, which is unacceptable. A wheel alignment must be done according to the exact vehicle model, not a “similar” one. Very disappointing experience.
