He came out and looked at the ones that I have on my 2025 GV 70 and then gave me four or five different options of wiper blades that I could buy. I asked him lots of questions about the differences, etc., and he was very knowledgeable, sweet and helpful. I called him Dr. Auto since he was so proficient at his job and When I go back, I will seek him out again. Kudos to Jeremy and to advance AutoZone for having such a fabulous employee. I could really tell he loves his job.

I work out and the elderly lady is outside replacing a part for a customer. As I'm attempting to change the light myself IN THE DARK I'm using my phone flash light but it's not giving me the visibility I need. I go in the store and ask can I borrow I flash light the elderly lady told me I should use my phone (like I haven't already tried that) , or I have to pull to the door to use theirs. I replied to her that I'm not going to still a flash light the elderly lady then stated that the only flash lights they have are the ones for purchase. I've been coming to advanced auto part for 15 years and I've seen them use flash lights to assist people with their vehicles. I felt so discriminated against that I returned my item and I will never be back to this store ever again.
