  I had an excellent experience at the Sixt Hallandale location, and I especially want to highlight Monica at the pick-up station. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely attentive. She even offered me a free upgrade, which was a very welcome and appreciated surprise. The pick-up process was easy and almost seamless. Everything was explained clearly, with no pressure, and I got exactly the add-ons I needed—no more, no less. I’ve rented cars all over the world, and Monica truly gets it. This is how car rental service should be done. The car itself was great, and the service throughout the rental period was consistently solid. I also really appreciated the detailed emails after each step of the rental—they made everything transparent and easy to track. Overall, a very positive experience. I would absolutely rent from this Hallandale Sixt location again.

  I had a great experience with Angel during my recent rental. She took the time to clearly explain the additional coverage options and helped me understand which ones actually made sense for my trip. Excellent customer service and professionalism. This kind of support really makes a difference. I will be renting again with Sixt more often.

  First of all , I must say that I love sixt rent a car to begin with. But the reason I write this review is , sometimes you get to be helped by outstanding people and I thought it would be great to point out and rave about Monica the manager at the 601 silk run location in Hallandale. She was magnificent and very helpful and very nice and I thank her for that. Great job.

  The store is brand new and well located. Sixt’s service has always been spectacular and distinctive. Today, I was assisted by Monica and Angel here at the Hallandale store, and they were amazing and super helpful!! I will definitely come back. Thank you very much.
