    I had an outstanding experience working with David Salas at Miracle Toyota. From start to finish, his professionalism and communication were top-tier. As an active duty service member purchasing from out of state, I expected the process to be difficult—but David made it seamless. He consistently followed up with me, sent detailed videos and text updates about the vehicle, and made sure every single question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. I never felt out of the loop, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the entire process. David went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and it truly shows the level of dedication he has to his customers. I’ve always been a big fan of Toyota, and experiences like this remind me why—the standard of service is just as high as the quality of their vehicles. Highly recommend working with David if you’re looking for a stress-free and professional car-buying experience.

    I recently purchased a Jeep and had an outstanding experience thanks to my salesperson. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the right way. There was no pressure, no runaround just honest communication and a genuine effort to help me get exactly what I wanted. What really stood out was the level of care and attention throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer every question, kept me updated, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but they made it smooth, straightforward, and actually enjoyable. If you’re going in, do yourself a favor and ask for Ashton Griffith you’ll be glad you did.

    My wife and I had what should have been a simple, straightforward purchase of a 2025 SUV with only 7,000 miles. We did not negotiate, we were easy customers, and we made the process as smooth as possible on our end. In return, we were clearly told by both the finance manager and our salesperson that the vehicle came with two key fobs. This was not mentioned casually. It was stated during the signing process of the deal. When leaving, they could not locate the second key and assured us it would be found. Then came the complete lack of follow-through. After having to take time to contact them twice, we were told they were “mistaken” and that the vehicle only had one key. That explanation is unacceptable considering two separate employees stated this vehcile had 2 keys. This is not about a key fob. It is about honesty, accountability, and basic professionalism. Being told one thing to close a deal and then given a completely different answer after the fact, with no proactive communication, is incredibly frustrating and undermines trust. Especially over a set of keys. The buying process itself was easy, but this experience completely overshadowed it. Until this dealership takes responsibility and makes this right, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

    We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Josh Suka and his entire team, truly a five star experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. What stood out the most was their unwavering dedication to making sure we left with a car, no matter how long it took. They stayed well beyond closing hours and never once made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, they remained patient, attentive, and fully committed to helping us find the best possible solution. Josh and the team went above and beyond in every way. They worked with us through our trade in, explored every available option, and used their resourcefulness and expertise to get us into a brand new car. It did not feel transactional, it felt like they truly had our best interests at heart. Their kindness, professionalism, and integrity were evident in every interaction. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all our questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and even exciting. It is rare to come across a team that embodies this level of care, responsibility, and dedication. They did not just do their job, they exceeded every expectation we had. We left not only with a beautiful new car, but with deep gratitude for the experience and the people who made it happen.     Luego de un mes de esperar por un diagnóstico correcto del problema de mi auto. El dealer no saben lo que tiene, en especial luego de regresar por tercera vez a este por el mismo problema. El servicio del especialista de servicio fue bueno, sin embargo el equipo de mecánicos y el equipo de supervisores de servicio son poco profesionales y poco competentes. El auto fue devuelto con el mismo problema provocado al dejar tornillos sueltos de starter y la transmisión después de una reparación mayor. La improvisación fue la orden del día, primero eran tornillos sueltos, después transmisión, después starter, y al final nada de eso, pues el auto sigue igual. Y para completar lo entregan sin el cover de motor y ahora alegan que no lo tenía. Un auto nuevo que solo ellos lo han trabajado y esa es la respuesta. No recomiendo que hagan ningún trabajo en este dealer, si es necesario sólo aceite y filtro, pues no tendrás garantía que el trabajo va hacer bien hecho. La incompetencia y el poco profesionalismo de su equipo mecánico solo deja poco de esperar. Tampoco tienen auto para el cliente, si no lo exiges no te rentan un auto y lo hacen con limitación. Un mes exacto y el auto no esta optimo. Y para finalizar el que trabajó el auto tiene problemas para descartar la colilla de cigarrillo y mira donde la dejo al igual que lo entregaron rallado en una area
