  Amazing experience, they took me as a last minute emergency walk in and got me out of the shop in under an hour for a tire change in the middle of their busy afternoon. I was able to get the service done and get to work with plenty of time thanks to these guys. James and JP were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Absolute rock stars at this shop!

  Brought a vehicle in to have a tire patched/ replaced and asked them to look at the brakes. Confirmed I needed a brake job and the rotors needed to be replaced because they were grooved. Would not send a pic so I went up there to look myself and not a single rotor had any groove what so ever... just lied. Oh, they didn't do anything with the tire either, just added air to it and put it back on. A few days later, I go to leave for work and discover 8lbs of air in the same tire. Aside from the issue with tire not being fixed/ replaced from the beginning, I don't appreciate the unethical business regarding the rotors and being lied to... cant trust you...

  I called up Mavis tires to see if they could help me extract a bad lug nut. They offered to do it for free. They were very helpful taking it off no more than five minutes. The service is great and they were all polite.Thank you guys.

  The check engine light came on about a month after my oil change. This has happened the last 2 times I brought my car in, most recently in March, 2026. The first time it happened, they gave me a very hard time when I called to express my concerns and wanted to charge me to check what happened, rather than honor their satisfaction guarantee. After my insistence, they checked and found that they triggered a sensor and fixed the issue. When it came on this time, I felt discouraged because it is stressful calling and fighting for help. I have lost confidence in the business and now I have to worry about the light being on. There was nothing wrong with my car according to the mechanic and now there is.

  I stopped to see if they could check my AC leak and windshield wash contained. They spent a good hour tending to lines and debris etc. explained everything to me letting me see what was happening ....no " hogwash" . No charge , and I wasn't the only customer there for service. Excellent , courteous, and a big thank you SIRS. !!! I will be back , and will let neighbors of honorable service given.
