  I was so surprised... I just drove in there and those good people fix my minor little mechanical problem within minutes without asking for money without asking for money up front which I've run into I was just thrilled and I promise you I'm going back there with all my car stuff and I'm going to tell other people too! Plus the waiting area is not only clean but it smells good and there's coffee!

  Told this shop my ac was not working,when I brought it in they told me how much it would cost to get it running and working (about $1400,00).I ok the work but I didn’t know that the system was empty to begin with which means there was a leak somewhere.They didnt tell me that initially because if they did I would of never got the work done I just thought it was an electrical issue ,it was after I paid the money was when I was enlightened after calling and asking questions that there is a leak in the system somewhere and the new refrigerant may only last 6 months or less in the system,they also added a separate switch to the vehicle(didn’t ask me if that was ok nor was it in the invoice other that the word pigtail work) designated for the ac so am not sure how am gonna get the cold air to recirculate when necessary vs the original switch which had a recirculating button on it.I gave them 2 starts because they got the vehicle in right away and got it working but this shop was not thorough in communication so am disappointed.

  I came in for a my a/c concern (not blowing cold). I was able to call and make an appointment. The shop was able to take care of my car and fix the issue. I’m very happy with the results and the people here was nice & professional. Thanks to Dayna for the clear communication throughout the process.

  As a new customer I found the service to be exceptional at Johnny's. I believe it was Dayna (not sure of the spelling), that I spoke with most often, and she was always professional, courteous, and thorough in answering my questions regarding the work being done to the truck. All the staff that I interacted with by phone and in person were all professional and customer focused. They have a another new and satisfied customer! And I almost forgot. The yellow rose they left in the center console! What a pleasant and thoughtful surprise from an auto repair shop! Very impressive!
