    My rental experience went great. Even though they were short on employees. I did have to exchange the vehicle in at Lexington KY as the rotors were horribly warped from previous drivers.

    I never really take the time to leave a bad review but goodness. Absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate business. Over 3 hours to get the (with previous reservation). They knew we had to be at the collusion center before closing and guess what? They don’t care. We had our babies waiting with us the entire time because we were dropping off our family vehicle to get fixed. Also they don’t pick up the phone either. never been so pissed.

    The team members went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. It was easy to pick up and drop off the car and my rental was great. Thank you all for such great service!

    Poor customer service. They were unwilling to show me how to set up my phone to the cars navigation system. Car was dirty.

    They cleaned the car with bleach inside, which caused us severe respiratory issues due to the fumes. Despite our concerns, they refused to assist us in finding a vehicle to exchange for the one they had given us, which was improperly cleaned with bleach. Consequently, we had to visit multiple dealerships, only to end up in Davenport with even more unhelpful employees who didn’t even try to assist us. It was an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience.
