I avoid this Pilot every chance I can. There are always many dropped trailers taking up parking spots. I've been there the last 3 days to fuel my reefer in between deliveries and there's at least 5 spots that have had the same dropped trailers in them with no tractor in sight. It also takes at least 5 minutes to pull in or out there if you're entering/exiting at the intersection with the traffic lights because the lights for 27 stay greenfor an extendedperiodof time. This is not pilots fault, but it is still a major inconvenience. A few of the older women who work in there are really rude and confrontational as well. There was a nice, kind, and polite younger man working yesterday which was a breath of fresh air.

Florida law does not require scanning of my Identification at your truck stop; your policy does. The law states I am required to "show" proof of age for particular items. Obviously, they are looking for someone to sue to prove this point. Time and time again, I'm asked for this, and they scan it. I never consent to scan, ever. We all know big corporations get hacked, and their databases are "breached", and the corporations look the other way. Anyone who has had their Identification scanned and didn't consent is a victim of their data collection efforts and should seek legal action against Pilot for their effort to rewrite the law in the state of Florida.

If you advertise that you cash checks like com checks, T checks, etc up to $999.99 then provide the service, 4 times I've been to this location and they said they can only cash up to $300, so I asked, if I have 3 $300 checks then would you cash those? She said yes, my check was only $600, I will not be returning to any other pilot.

Be careful where you park here. Especially the area in the back, its a high risk area of somebody hitting your truck trying to back in those tight spots. Better off paying for parking here in those spacious spots then paying hundreds, maybe even thousands in body damage Extra stars is for the staff, they always cool.
