  My mom Lillia recently visited Miracle Toyota for her 2015 Lexus IS250. Her mechanic was Paul Rodney. Normally, you do not get the opportunity to speak to the mechanic that works on your vehicle, but since her vehicle is a new vehicle to her, Paul took the time to explain some of the features of the vehicle that was causing her confusion. His thoughtfulness meant a lot to her and my sister. He was very gracious with his time. You don’t find many mechanics like him and she is very grateful that he was the one chosen to wok on her vehicle that day. Thank you so much Paul Rodney!!!

  Quiero dejar una excelente reseña para Esau Corona, quien fue el vendedor de mi carro. Desde el primer momento demostró ser una persona profesional, transparente y muy amable. Respondió todas mis preguntas con paciencia, explicó cada detalle del proceso y me brindó una atención de primera. La compra fue rápida, segura y sin complicaciones, gracias a su experiencia y honestidad. Se nota que realmente sabe lo que hace y se preocupa porque el cliente quede satisfecho. Estoy muy contento con mi vehículo y con el servicio que recibí. Recomiendo completamente a Esau Corona si estás buscando comprar un carro con confianza y excelente atención.

  This is the first time I buy a car at Miracle since I move close to this area and the expirance was not good. I can't give a 5 star review overall. The only person I can give a 5 star review is to Rafael finance, provided an excellent CS, explain detail ofthe contract of the purchase (how it supposed to be). REcommend he 100%. On the other side. Customer service OMG its another story. The sale person was like didn't know what was he doing, didn't have knowledge about the vehicle, didn't know how to program the app correctly on vehicle. I don't know if I'm use of the service at Toyota Tampa Bay (w/them 10yrs) but in Mircale needs to step up. First they can drop you off back home but they can't bring you back. Meaning I had to wait in the dealer for a service for 4 hrs +, advisor never came to provide an update. After waiting 3 hrs, I had to speak w/manager of CS to request an update and get my service done (after explaining the situation). She was nice and had it done in 1 hr. But overall customer services need to improve.

  The worst place to find a car for you and your family. On December 3, 2025, I had an appointment at this location for a hybrid Corolla. While I was on my way to this location, I spoke with the internet sales manager about my ETA. When I arrived, the team couldn't locate the key to the car I was supposed to take for a test drive. The sales representative took me to the lot, but still couldn't find the vehicle. They made me wait in the lobby, only to find out the car was sold, which is okay since I hadn't put down the deposit. However, they could have informed me. The next hybrid Corolla I liked was on its way to be there in six days. The entire team, including management, was very unprofessional; the only thing that concerned them was their sale. Customer service is lacking at this dealership.

  DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE . These guys have no idea what they are doing and also have liars on the phone. Brought in a 2007 Toyota Camry To be diagnosed for a misfire. I specifically asked for a pico scope test To determine whether the internal components were Within specs And the advisor on the phone told me that they would be able to do that since they did have the equipment to perform those tests. Since we do not have that equipment, this is why we brought it in . When I arrived, Felicia told me that that was something they would be able to do. First hour was spent on exactly what I told them I had already done And to not worry about. Then they called to ask him for an extra hour because they believed that the vacuum was Not holding up. At the end of the day, they recommended another engine, even though this one has already been fully rebuilt . Provided absolutely no measurements of the test that they had told me they were going to run, And whenever I arrive to pick up the car, the manager Mery told me that apparently a pico scope test is not anything they are able to do. Therefore, confirming that her advisors had either lied or not received enough training to know what their Toyota Technicians are capable of. This is the first and last time I ever bring a vehicle here. I practically paid $450 for them to not perform any test that I asked for and to give me absolutely no professional diagnostics.
