I went to have my tire replaced at this dealership, and it was unfortunately the worst decision I could have made. I currently own four new Tundras, and I was disappointed with the way Alex treated me, as if he were doing me a favor—when in fact, he was not. I pay a premium for my packages, which include tire replacement, and I expect the level of service to reflect that. I won’t be coming back to this place ever! Hopefully you can get better employees for future customers.

I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation, it was scheduled for Monday, 11/10 @11am. I arrived at 10:49, there was one car ahead of me to be checked in, there were 4 people working, one of them was “busy” eating pop corn and it seemed that they had taken a car that was not checked in yet. After the confusion was sorted out, someone else checked me in @11:08, no apologies, just “we are busy today”. I was told it will take 1 hr 30 minutes. Close to the second hour of waiting I asked one of the managers and he said that I should have been told that the service takes up to 2 hours, after he checked where the car was, he apologized for the delay and told me that it will take an additional 20 to 25 minutes more, so I told him, “then, it will take 2 1/2 hours to get the car”, he said sorry, we will let you know when your car is ready. Around 2pm (3 hours when my appointment started), I looked for the service advisor, she was with a coworker looking for something on the computer, no acknowledgment, no “I will be with you in a minute”. After she finished, she said “let’s get you out of here” no apologies even though I told her that I was there for 3 hours, she look for my keys, asked me for my card and charge me for what I had originally approved. No genuine care for the customer, just another service completed, very disappointed to the lack of attention and professionalism.
Dealt with around 5 different toyota dealerships from the east coast of Daytona to Haines City, and without a doubt Miracle Toyota was the easiest to deal with. Every other dealership did NOT have my best interest in mind, claiming they were giving me deals and what not, but in the end they were trying to rip me off with a smile.
Miracle Toyota gave me a great deal on a new 2025 Rav4 XP AND a great deal on my trade in. Far better than every other of the toyota dealerships, and Racardo was just an all around great salesman. Very easy, had my best interest in mind, not aggressive or rude, and we had a great time while working out the deal. Honestly never thought id come across a dealership experience as good as I did here, but it was just that good.
Im a very critical and opinionated person, the only thing that could be improved on is that i got the vehicle on a sunday, and the spare key and car mats were in service, which is closed and locked on sundays, so i came back the next day to grab that stuff, which was an hour drive. But this was outside the salesman and the manager’s power, so they couldnt do anything about it.
Regardless, the sales experience was just amazing and Racardo really hooked me up.
Also shoutout to the finance guy, for being nice and fast, and not keeping me in there for an hour trying to make me buy additional stuff after I started off by telling him im not buying anything else. That guy is also a legend and best in the biz.

Rudest people back in parts. The parts "man" wouldn't even print a spec sheet! Don't get me started on the lady that said that's not my job, when asked if she could help get someone. Or the one lady who was sleeping or on her phone!
What happened to customer service.
The best part, even all of the above crap, we were going to buy a truck. 2 sales guys were standing outside, we approached them and asked what the best truck was on the market. One said the whole lot. They ignored us and ran over to man who was just walking up to the building.
Let's hope management fixes this.

Do not trust this dealers service department
Took my 2022 tundra in for the engine replacement as per the recall.
The tech failed to secure the hose clamp to the radiator and after 2 weeks the hose detached flooding the whole engine bay with coolant
And leaving me stranded at the side of the road
The towing service arrived after 2 hours and spent 30mins working on it he managed to add back some coolant .(Note he was great and Not an Employee of Miracle Toyota)
I had already secured the hose !
Took the truck to the dealer the next morning and was told they would clean the engine bay replace the coolant and check the whole engine.
I was told it was ready and I insisted on checking it myself.
On checking the engine bay had Not been cleaned and the plastic cover over the engine was loose due to missing clips.
This was only a visual inspection who knows what other stuff they have messed up or not secured correctly.
I am still at the dealership waiting for it and to see if the second attempt is better.
They offered me a free oil change which I refused as Toyota care covers this anyway.
Myself and my wife both have Tundras and this dealership has just lost 2 customers due to their incompetence
