I feel like I was scammed.
I visited the dealership and financed a 2025 Corolla LE. You can tell and feel the tenseness of the room at every moment. I’m 24 so nobody wanted to take me seriously even tho it’s my 4th vehicle . My credit was new but above 700 I put 1k down and all they wanted was a Co-signer and I don’t have one. But sure I got the vehicle for 33k finance for 72 months bad deal for a 2025 LE and I trust them and completed the deal thinking it was amazing. Happy etc.. after 2 days I needed another vehicle went to the Chevrolet for a Corvette. I Tried to trade in. And they only wanted to pay 19k for the car that I just paid 33k 2 days ago at Miracle Toyota . So I overly paid for the car !!! After that news I checked online and yess I built my own Corolla even better than mine for way cheaper… that was a completed scam now I CANT TRADE IN THE CAR / I CANT SELL THE CAR / I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE because I’m paying a lot more than it’s worth!! I wanted a second car there with a fair deal fair price I imagined it was going to be smooth and great since it was going to be a second big purchase there. But again all they are worried about is a co-signer since the car they are selling it’s not worth the price . Is a deal so BAD that even the BANKS doesn’t approve it I don’t recommend..
I have the car for 3 months almost and always paid before due date and I paid extra on top of that! I’m a great client and I am a business man I can’t be wasting my time . So much headaches for nothing. keep in mind it was so bad of a scam that Miracle Toyota can’t trade in my 33k sticker price LE 2025 I got from them for a 31k sticker price SE 2026 they had in stock.
Very bad experience – lack of honesty and transparency in the finance department
Unfortunately, my experience with Miracle Toyota was extremely disappointing, especially with the finance department.
I was verbally told that the GAP Insurance would cost only $5 per month, but after reviewing the paperwork, I later discovered that the actual amount was much higher than what was stated.
When I went back and explained that the information I was given was incorrect, I was told that the previous explanation was referring to the interest only, not the total amount, which was never clearly explained from the beginning.
Based on this, I decided to cancel the GAP Insurance, and I was given a cancellation form which I signed.
However, after some time, I discovered that this cancellation was only done on paper, apparently just to get me out of the dealership, without actually processing the cancellation.
I contacted them by phone for more than three months, and every time I was told, “We will call you back,” but nothing was ever resolved.
In short, my experience was filled with misleading information and delays, and I felt a complete lack of honesty and professionalism. I would never repeat this experience and strongly advise others to be very cautious, especially when dealing with the finance department.
I've concluded they got the name Miracle Toyota because it's a miracle that they sell any cars. My daughters went there, for a previously scheduled appointment, to purchase a new RAV4 and left there after SEVEN HOURS with no deal and no car. She found a car she liked, discussed numbers for a few hours and then got the run around from the finance department on an interest rate and final discounts that were promised but not delivered in the offer. Nobody other than the salesmen had a name tag to identify who they were talking to. Several approached asking questions without ever introducing themselves and what their title was. Finally after they were fed up and asked for the keys to her current car back so they could leave, the sales manager came back with a number that was $2500 less than the previous offer. We all know that purchasing a new car is a marathon type event, but to keep customers in the store waiting, one of which had a toddler and a baby with her, for SEVEN HOURS is ridiculous and very unprofessional. They are thriving on the fact that Toyota has a terrific product to offer, but are failing horrifically on customer service and satisfaction or just the common decency and respect for another human being's time to drag out the process from 9am to 4pm and still can't deliver the goods.

I wanted to share my experience at Miracle Toyota, hoping it helps others know what to expect.
When I arrived, I waited about 15 to 30 minutes before anyone assisted me. Once I sat down with a service advisor to review warranty coverage, the conversation took close to 45 minutes. During that time, I felt a lot of upselling and pressure, including statements that made it sound like declining certain services could void my warranty. Because of that, I ended up paying for services I did not plan to get, as I initially believed everything was covered.
After nearly an hour and a half total, they finally asked for my car keys. Then came the wait for the oil change, which felt like another 2 to 3 hours. At that point, I started wondering if I should have packed a blanket or at least been offered a coffee for the long stay.
Overall, the experience felt drawn out and unclear, especially regarding pricing before any work actually started. Personally, I have had a much better experience at Toyota of Sebring. They go straight to the point, grab the keys right away, explain pricing clearly, and discuss things while the car is being worked on, which feels more transparent.
I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Excellent, straightforward buying experience
I had a really solid experience working with the team at Miracle Toyota and wanted to give credit where it’s due.
Johnny Dillon was transparent, communicative, and very easy to work with from start to finish. There was no pressure, no games, and no back-and-forth nonsense. We handled essentially the entire negotiation over email, which made everything clear, documented, and efficient. I always knew where things stood, and by the end I felt I got a fair deal on the exact vehicle I was looking for.
Rez Gazi handled the delivery and vehicle setup and did a great job. Pickup day was smooth and stress-free. Rez was patient, helpful, and thorough in walking through the vehicle and making sure everything was set up properly before I left. You could tell he genuinely wanted the handoff to go well.
Fernando in finance was also excellent. He was professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. The paperwork moved quickly, everything was explained clearly, and there were no surprises or unnecessary delays.
Overall, this felt like a well-run operation with people who value clear communication and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Johnny, Rez, and Fernando again, and I’d absolutely recommend Miracle Toyota to anyone looking for a straightforward, no-drama car-buying experience.
