  I had a great experience getting my oil change! The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. Jose got me in right away and had everything done quicker than I expected. They explained what they were doing, checked everything thoroughly, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need.

  The woman at the front desk was very kind and apologetic, and not her fault it’s whoever was in charge of the tickets but I’m extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment for a simple tire change and ended up waiting three hours. What’s most frustrating is that I was completely skipped. After 11:00 a.m., more than two hours past my scheduled time, I asked when my car would be worked on and was told they were bringing it in now. It wasn’t until another customer joked about me still waiting that the front desk admitted they had accidentally skipped me. Honestly, if I hadn’t gone up to ask, I’d probably still be sitting there. If appointments can be skipped without anyone noticing, it defeats the purpose of making one.

  I used too go to mavis all the time too get my mom oil change I called ahead of time ask how much will it be for a 2020 Chevy Tahoe the lady told me about 100 dollars with out tax I said ok sounds good I go up there and the price is totally different from what the lady told me thankfully the guy up front knocked it down for me I get back home and they forget too reset my oil life I had too call back and the guy tells me too look it up on YouTube or come back up I’m far out I’m not coming back too your shop gas is too high for that. This is something that was supposed to be done they charge a arm and a leg for a oil change and can’t even do the simple things right when I got my receipt I didn’t even notice until a couple days later they gave me a receipt cut up into 4s there were 8 little sheets what in the world am I gonna do with that NOTHING SO I HAVE TO CALL BACK AGAIN!!!! He says he can’t find it but he should be able too cool they also told me they were gonna fill up my washer fluid I tried too use it today there was no washer fluid in there at all I could be wrong but I believe with the full synthetic oil change they do tire rotation or they make sure the tires are even with air my tires still was the same when they gave me the car back it’s just the little things that get ignored which is crazy i understand that there busy but that’s tooo many mistakes all in one come to this mavis at your own risk you may have too call them back once you get your car back I’m tired of calling
