I happened to bring my car to Mavis where I was greeted by two people and one of them happened to be a gentleman by the name of Tom. Service was quick and efficient. Thank you Tom for taking care of my car, I left one happy customer.

Tom was especially helpful from start to finish, from the time of making the appointment by phone to actually assisting while in shop. Everyone there was knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside was the woman attendant at the front desk who came off as condescending at times when asking basic questions. My appointment needed to be rescheduled due to minimal staffing at my original appointment time and when inquiring for her insight on how best to proceed there was lack luster responses and an overall appearance that she’d rather not be there. Other than that, this is the spot to go to if you ever need any help! 10/10 for the quick & effective service.
