  I took my car to have all 4 tires changed and an alignment today. I’ve used Mavis before and besides some customer service issues, I’ve been happy with the company. Not today! When I left with my car I immediately noticed a loud whirring noise from in the cabin. My car didn’t sound like this at drop off. I didn’t even make it 1,000 feet before I turned around and brought it back. Tom and the male receptionist in the front at the time proceeded to gaslight me until the cows came home. Saying that “all they did was the tires, it shouldn’t be making noise.” They treated me as though I had no idea what I was talking about and didn’t take me seriously until my spouse came in to back me up. In the end, they found what was making the scraping noise and tightened it up after telling me for 15 minutes that nothing could be wrong and would you look at that…car is quiet as a mouse again! Really really really disappointed in how they treated me today.
