  The customer service representative at the front was rude, unprofessional, and lied to our face. We will be contacting corporate and moving forward.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don’t deserve the 1 star. Our insurance company booked a car for us through them, I got a called on December 18th at 10:21 saying that they received our booking and asking what time we wanted to pick up the car I said around 5:00 that day and he said that works, we will see you then, my wife went to pick up the car because it was under her name, she came back home at 5:39 with no car, I asked what happened and they told her that there was no car available, I called them up and ask what had happened and they said that there was no car available and I told them that they called me that morning and asked me what time I wanted to pick up and they agreed to a time. She continue to said that the car that they were going to give us got extended and asked if there was any other cars and she said not at our price range, I asked if any other facilities had any and she said no, I told her that she should give us any car that they have and she said that we would have to pay the difference and I said no, you should give us the car that your store promised and she said that she didn’t know what I wanted her to do if they didn’t have the car, I said to upgrade me to whatever they have on hand and she said to call back the next day and I said no I need a car and she said that there was nothing she could do and that is when I got upset, if you knew the car I was supposed to get got extended why didn’t you call other stores to try to get one or why not bother calling me to let me know you don’t have a car. She said she didn’t appreciated the way I was talking to her and I said I didn’t appreciated her wasting our time we spent going to get a car that was not available. I called back 6 days later and they would put me on hold after 13 minutes I hanged up and never called back again.

  Spoke with someone in the phone who claimed this location had cars to rent. Upon arrival they had no cars I spoke with Carmen and she was completely unhelpful. She could not help me find anywhere with cars and would not give me any help with knowing when cars will be available again. The customer service with this location and the reservation number on line are no even on the same page with what the inventory is . This wasted my gas and time.im a platinum member and I'm disgusted by the customer service for enterprise.

  Spoke to Carmen would not give me employee number extremely rude customer service trying to rent a car was told over the phone that cars were available for rental came into the location with no greeting. No help whatsoever asked what was available. Was told that they don’t have anything and that they don’t know when or where any cars are available I don’t understand how you’re supposed to rent a car from a place and they don’t understand when their inventory is being turned back in Terrible customer service
