  My friends recommended this place for the Master mechanic and Jimbo, and honestly, I thought it would be worth it. I have ZERO issue paying for quality repairs—and sure, they did decent work—BUT what I experienced when my fiancé brought my car in was ANOTHER LEVEL of infuriating stupidity! The woman at the front desk was not just rude—she was OFF THE CHARTS disrespectful, utterly dismissive, and completely, painfully clueless! It’s beyond appalling that someone so blatantly rude and unhelpful is even allowed near customers, let alone entrusted with front-desk duties! If it weren’t for Jimbo and his two mechanics, David and Tracy, I would have her just WALKED OUT and NEVER looked back—no hesitation, no second thought! It’s absolutely mind-boggling and downright UNACCEPTABLE that they tolerate such a hostile, unprofessional nightmare running the front desk! This place needs to get its act together—AND it needs to do it NOW—before more people get the same horrible treatment! ONLY REASON I'm giving one star is because of the customer service the mechanics did a wonderful job on my car!!!!

  One of the best experiences i have had!!! I needed something done and they got me right away! They are so welcoming, friendly and informative! They were wonderful and knowledgeable! I can’t thank you guys enough! If i could give more than 5 stars i would!!! Definitely recommend to everyone!!! Will be returning!!!!

  Tuffys is a consistent and reasonable shop full of helpful employees. If you live in gulf breeze this is definitely one of the best places to take your vehicle! Honest assessments, good people, solid pricing!

  The service and team were so incredibly kind and helpful. It was the first place I called that was so pleasant on the phone - Natalie went out of her way to be helpful!
