- DHDaniel Harper5 days ago5.0I’m a little late with my review but I rented a car from enterprise last month during spring break and Lauren, Joe, and Lucas were all super nice and great to work with! They got me a car that was super clean and worked great for the trip we took. They made the process very easy and provided amazing customer service at the pickup and drop off. I told them I’ll definitely come back for all my rental needs in the future and have recommended them to others as well!
- PPPercy_TN6 days ago5.0We had some issues with a dodge Durango that we rented from Tennessee. We came here to swap it out. Nicole Flury and Lauren Ellsworth are absolutely fantastic. They helped us swap out the car and the whole issue was resolved. They were great! Come see Nicole. :)

We thought we had lost a wallet at a hotel in Virginia Beach since we felt we thoroghly cleaned out the vehicle when we returned it to Enterprise. Long story short it had credit cards and over $600 in cash all still in it, when they called us 16 days later. Lauren (their manager) recommended we use the fill up option in advance, and I wish we had because gas cost us $0.70 more per gallon upon our return. I say all of this to tell you they're super sincere and honest there. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the area-they go above and beyond for their customers!
