  I had the highest level of customer service experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Christian and his team. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me. He was extremely flexible with my schedule and worked around my availability without hesitation, which made the entire process seamless and stress free. What truly stood out was his approach — he was not pushy in the slightest. Instead, he was well educated, thorough in his explanations, and made sure I fully understood my options. He made zero extracurricular suggestions and did not attempt to upsell anything unnecessary. Every recommendation was clearly based on what I actually needed. It’s rare to find this level of integrity and customer care in the automotive industry. Christian delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish, and because of him, I will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others.

  We r traveling from Illinois and stopped to have our valve stems checked. Rod and Richard checked and they all needed changed from Rust. Showed us what they looked like. Replaced all 4 in less than an hour. Not just replaced but only asked that we leave a tip. We Greatly appreciate their kindness and would highly recommend them for your needs.

  Needed tires for a company trailer. Christian got me set up with four new tires and a spare for a price that was unmatched in the area! They got me in and out which and did an outstanding job!!! All the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Will not be buying tires anywhere else!

  The TLDR: Don’t waste your time here. Go to one of the other 5k shops on the parkway for better service and honesty. I’m from Mobile, here in Gulf Breeze for a funeral. Got a nail in my husband’s run flat tire, called around and stopped at a bunch of shops but it’s a Sunday so everyone was closed or busy. Stopped here. They said yes, they could patch the tire, but that it would be 30-40 min before it would be done. We left (and yes, they had our contact info), walked across the highway to grab coffee. Looked across the street after coffee and saw the car hadn’t been moved, so we walked around more and found somewhere to eat lunch. Done with lunch (this is all 1.5 hrs after dropping the car off) and we walked back across the highway - car still hadn’t been moved. Sat down to wait. Guy who my husband originally talked to walked in and said that his manager said they can’t repair run flats. I’m not mad that they can’t do the repair they said they could do. I’m mad that we waited for almost 2 hrs, that the determination had clearly been made before they even moved the car, that no call was ever made to us. We just wasted so much time and they never even contacted us. They never even tried to upsell us on new tires - my husband knew he had to replace them soon anyway. They never even tried to suggest that they contact their Mobile shop and see if they had tires. They just wasted our time and sent us on our way. I’m so frustrated by this negligent service. We now don’t have time to find another shop bc the only ones open are now closing, and somehow I need to get back to Mobile tonight and get my tire fixed.

  I recently went into this place for a weird noise my truck was making and I can't say enough good things about my experience! As a woman going in alone, I sometimes feel a bit anxious about being upsold or not taken seriously, but that was absolutely NOT the case here. The team was quick, efficient, and incredibly courteous from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly without any pressure or trying to push unnecessary extras on me—no upselling at all, which I really appreciated. They treated me with genuine respect and made sure I understood my options. A special shoutout to Christian—he was so patient with all my questions (I had a lot!), took the time to walk me through the recommend parts and answer everything without rushing me. His calm, helpful attitude made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for honest, fast service with great people. Thank you again, especially Christian—you guys restored my faith in tire shops.
