- MEmarcelle estevezOct 24, 20255.0I noticed on my car that I had a lug bolt missing as well as a lug bolt that was so loose i could tighten by hand, this happened due to me taking my wheels off. Once i noticed that happened I spun by express right as they closed the shop, the mechanics Jaime and Adan, stepped outside anyways and helped me out, not only putting in and tightening the two lug bolts but also tightening all of my lug bolts on all 4 tires!! Thank you Jaime and Adan!!!
