- SBSue Binion3 days ago5.0When you think all of mankind has lost the ability to just be nice, in steps. Jamie, the manager at this Express location. First, he walked out to meet me and greeted me. I knew I would have to wait during the oil change, so after discussing what I wanted, I went inside. He came and updated me several times about the truck, including that they were having trouble with the filter removal. Finally, he came to get me. There were 2 technicians, standing behind the truck and they were smiling. I won't get into more details on our truck convo, but we laughed. Jamie had a card in his hand and politely asked me to leave a review. "Please give a mention these 2" and I saw 2 names on the card. "Where is yours? I asked. Anyway, here is my review giving a shout out to Jaime, Logan, and Andrew! If you NEED an oil change, tires or other work, I recommend checking them out! They were great
