They will say your car will be ready in just a moment, make you wait an hour, and then let you know the car your renting is actually in the shop getting its tires done. There will be over 9 people come in and wait for a car. You will even come check on hour rental hours in advance!! And they will get people into cars who came in very last. This place is not very communicative with their wait times and will put you in quite the Bind
