    Lauren the manager.can get very snippy and have an attitude. She needs to look ahead and prepare-if there are not enough vehicles present and you have 10 reservations for noon on a particular day DO SOME thing about it the day BEFORE. I rent quite often and rely on rental being ready to go when the reservation is made to get to work on shift in an out of town Emergency Dept. Lauren and this site have known this for YEARS- been renting from here since before she was even employed. She consistently does not have enough vehicles ready and gets quite snippy when it is reiterated how imperative it is to be able to get the vehicle when reserved so I can go to work. I am currently standing here waiting and she it giving out cars to people that would probably not have to be anywhere until next week. I called at 11AM to get picked up to come get this rental for a 12 noon reservation and she said no one could get me until 2PM. I know there were several workers on staff at the time and I live only 5 minutes from the place. I am still standing here waiting. The whole thing is as the manager you should always be looking ahead and be ready with vehicles and staff not scrambling around and having an attitude when the customer reiterates that they MUST get the vehicle on time to get to work.

    Lauren, Joe, and Lucas consistently provide outstanding service. They make sure I get the correct vehicle, and often something even better. The process is quick and easy with no long lines. This is by far the best car rental location I’ve ever used.
