  Service was fine. There was an issue getting something removed from prior service. Don't know if it was the other shop or this shop they did not do a good job keeping me informed.

  I was very impressed with how they handled a difficult situation we had. I can attest, that they back up their work! And will make sure you are satisfied. Staff was polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job!

  I would highly advise avoiding this shop. I Came in for an oil change on 2/20/2026 and ended up getting an oil change as well as changing the diff fluid in my Toyota Tacoma, totaling $547. I drove home afterwards which is about 2 miles down the road. The next day I drove into Pensacola and had my low oil level light come on. When I got stopped and looked the entire bottom of my truck was covered in oil and there was none on the dip stick. After trying to figure out where it was coming from, I realized it was coming from the oil filter, after pulling it off I noticed that the seal was installed incorrectly which led to losing most of my oil while driving. I have talked to both the manager and district manager and have only been offered a refund for the oil I had to buy in order to fix the issue they caused. I was also told by the store manager that they would reimburse the cost of having the truck looked at to make sure everything was ok, but later on was told that they would not pay for that, only the cost of repair if anything happens. The management of this location could not give me any straight forward answer to anything and did not communicate at all. I was left on the side of the road with almost no oil in my vehicle due to the poor workmanship of this shop and I have had to fight just to get refunded $90 that I spend on oil so I could drive home that night.

  Got a quick oil change and tech took the time to help me reset my maintenance reminder on car. Also problem solved my squeaky breaks with new break fluid.
