  THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND MORE THAN HALF OF THESE 5-STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND HAVE BEEN BOUGHT. It’s very obvious. I call on a Friday to see if they have the 1 tire that I need for my Scatpack. The guy on the phone says yes we do have that size and we can get you in here Sunday at 1 to just put one new tire on. OK great! I arrive at 1pm. The guy at the desk says he does not have the tire. Then he calls different people and looks around the garage for 1 hour as I am desperately waiting wasting time. He comes back and says he found the tire and it was right in front of him the whole time. Ok no big deal it happens - it is now 5pm and would you believe they still have not even started on my car? I’m waiting 4+ hours now to simply get 1 new tire put on my car. My appointment was for 1pm. ***So, keep in mind that making an appointment with this very unorganized shop means you will still sit for hours even for the simplest things - appointments mean nothing so be prepared to burn your whole day. I told them to just let me pay for the tire they ordered for me so I can take it and go to the first place I called (before setting this “appointment”) so they can do the 10 minute job of putting a new tire on. After the horrible first impression from the guy at the front taking an hour to figure out if he even had the tire - you would think they would prioritize putting this tire on (esp bc my appointment was at 1pm) but nope - only real/professional businesses do that. I’m not big on leaving reviews for businesses esp bc I own two myself but this is absolutely appalling. I’ll bet the price is going to be higher than what I was told over the phone too. If that happens I will go ballistic.

  I want to thank the great service at this Tire Kingdom location. The Store Manager, David, helped me a lot with all my questions and issues with my car. He was very professional and clear the whole time. My car is now perfect and I’m very thankful. I highly recommend this place.,,,

  David, the store manager assisted with my oil change and also gave me honest recommendations on what needs to be done next for maintenance and applied discounts Thank you again, looking forward to getting my brakes and rotors done with the promised discounts

  I had a small accident and my car started pulling to one side, so it wasn’t driving properly. I was recommended this Tire Kingdom location because of the new Store Manager and decided to go. It was honestly a great decision. David is very knowledgeable, he explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The alignment service was excellent and now I can drive without worrying. He also helped me with a few additional questions about my car that were not related to the incident. I had a great experience, I definitely recommend this place and I will come back for future services or when I need new tires.

  Excellent service from start to finish. The store manager David showed great professionalism and really knows what he’s doing. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the work being done on my car. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this location.
