We brought our car in because the battery died.. under warranty. Jacob (the "mechanic" on duty) replaced it for 'free' and blew the fuses!! Then they advised us to bring it to Acura, and Acura said (AND DOCUMENTED) that the battery was installed wrong causing the fuses to blow out. They charged over $300 and said that Advanced Auto Parts should be responsible for the charge!!! When we went back to them, they gave us the runaround saying there was no Supervisor or District Manager (Raymond Roach) on site to approve the refund, and acknowledged that they caused the problem!!! Customer Service was non-existant aha I was told the District Manager would call me on Monday when he returns from vacation!! Meanwhile, we're out $320. This place it's not trustworthy. They should not be in business.
