  Excellent service. Had an issue with my rear toe and a bad camber bolt. Gus, Britney and the team handled it very professionally and went all hands on deck to get a very complicated job completely perfectly. Thank you guys. I recommend coming here. Ask for Gus or Britney.

  I have used Mavis Tires 3 times now. After hitting a curb with my front tire I had to replace the tire. My tires were only 2 years old, so replacement was tough. I spent a lot of time talking to the service people there going over my options of whether to drive on the tire or replace. I had done some research on my own, and it is recommended to replace 2 tires at the same time (best to do all 4, but that was economically infeasible). There was NO sales pressure from them, and I opted to replace both front tires (ouch). But, they gave me huge discounts for the tires and because I was a previous customer. I think that because they are a large chain they have good buying power and will offer good pricing . A special shout out to Brittany and the Service Mgr. (Didn't get his.name)

  10/10 service. Hector was very kind and informative, service was quick and they listened to all my concerns and worked with my budget. They checked in with me often and overall this has been the best experience Ive had getting work on my car. I will be coming back!

  I wish I could give Mavis Tires & Brakes more than five stars. The staff at this Mavis location are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. You will not find this kind of quality service anywhere else. The managers, Schneider and Brittany, always go above and beyond for me and make me feel comfortable throughout the entire repair process and actually physically show me what they were doing to my vehicle step by step. There is never a wait and they always get me in immediately whether I have an appointment or not. I will never go to any other auto repair shop again. When I recently heard Schneider and Brittany had relocated to a new location, my jaw dropped. So I followed them to this new location and made this new Mavis Tires and Brakes address my go-to auto repair shop going forward, not only because of their automotive expertise, professionalism, and quality of work, but more importantly because their customer service is unmatched! You just don't experience that kind of personal service anymore. Schneider and Brittany are trustworthy and they stand behind their work, putting the customer's best interest at the forefront. The staff always answers the phone (no recording) and they are always readily available at a moment's notice. Without any reservations whatsoever, I wholeheartedly recommend this Mavis Tires and Brakes location to my friends, family, co-workers, and anyone needing top-notch auto repairs. If I were you, I would keep Mavis Tires and Brakes' phone number on speed dial because when the time comes, and it will, you can feel confident that your vehicle is in the best possible hands! Mavis Tires and Brakes' reputation, in my opinion, is solely based on the efforts of Schneider and Brittany. They run a tight ship and it shows. I will only take my vehicle to Brittany and Schneider at Mavis wherever they go.

  Came with a flat tire and Brittany was SO helpful. Made sure we were getting a great deal and fast service. Will continue to come back for any tire needs- it's really nice when you can tell a company values their customers and are just genuinely good people. Thanks Brittany and team!
