  From scheduling, my appointment online to getting my windshield replaced, i am one hundred percent satisfied and highly recommend the gainesville, florida shop. They open early and I dropped my vehicle off at six forty five a m. They have a nice lobby.I decided to wait for my vehicle. They helped me file it with my insurance. Kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repair. We'll definitely use them in the future.If needed.

  Had new windshield installed. A week later my rear view mirror fell off. They never fixed. Won't return calls. 1st rain my car is flooded inside. Called again and got hung up on!! Finally made appointment for next week. Extremely unhappy!!

  Got my windshield replaced with Safelite through my insurance company. Windshield looks great, however the day of my appointment I showed up & they informed me that they dropped the replacement glass & rescheduled me. Cool, no problem because it happens! But they never once tried to reach out to me. The guy inside never once apologized, but instead insisted that they tried to call me (despite me having NO missed calls, and them being able to get in contact with me twice the day before to confirm details). Came for the second appointment & the woman at the front desk was rude & not friendly. Got in my car and they left dirt marks on the inside interior of my car & clumps of dirt on the dashboard… They did good with the replacement, but because of the customer service I won’t be returning.

  Had a 10 a.m. appt. When scheduled I was told to plan on 45 min. I arrived 7 min early and they did not take care into shop until 10:37. They finished at 11:23. The window was repaired but is very visible. They will replace it but I would have to pay deductible. Checking with insurance as that used to be 100% covered.

  Easy to schedule, even on a Saturday. Didn’t have to wait long to get scheduled. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I like how they kept me in the loop during service. My windshield was replaced in the time frame given. Installer was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Explained the after care of the new windshield, warranty, answered any questions. The whole in-shop experience was easy. Waiting room was even nice and quiet. I was dreading my appt but it was much better than anticipated.
