  Brought my car in for an AC service and a TPMS sensor replacement. Unfortunately, learned that I would need a new compressor, an expensive repair. However, Christopher and Edward were fantastic! Christopher greeted me with a friendly smile and listened to everything i had to say about the vehicle’s condition, before ultimately determining how the shop should proceed. Both Christopher and Edward kept me well-informed while they troubleshot my ac compressor and how they arrived at the conclusion that it needed to be replaced. It was 4:30 pm by the time the determination was made, and even though the shop closes at 6:00 pm, Edward ordered all the parts and performed the repair, accepting that it could mean staying late. Both team members were professional and courteous. And the shop is also squeaky clean and well kept. Will return!

  Customer satisfaction ✔️ I went in after I got a screw in my tire and had no interest in hoping to get a plug in myself. Don greeted me, checked things out, was clear about needing some patience to get wiggled in and assured me the price would be within reason. It was my birthday, the Big 4-0... However, I had just finished working (small business owner) and was only looking to not lose my pennies from the day into this incident. I stuck around and waited for my ride. (I have a specialty horn, and it was the highlight of my day as the mechanic took my truck into the bay, we all had a good giggle) Don confirmed that I would have time to run and errand and he would get it taken care of. Sure enough, as I was grabbing my kid from karate, and headed back that way.. Don called and said come on, you're ready! When I arrived, Don was greeting another guest by name - that's attention to detail and your clients! My final part of the transaction was quick, efficient and genuine in the promise to not break the bank. Value ✔️ A++ Don will ensure you are taken care of, as promised. Thank you for saving my day, so I could make it to birthday dinner with my family. We will be there for future business.

  Already having a terrible day then I went to Mavis to ask a follow up question about a diagnostic that they tried to do on my car and Lucy’s response simply showed poor customer service. I asked her if what was wrong with my car could be due to bad gas and instead of getting someone who could answer the question, she responded “I don’t know I was not here yesterday.” I asked her if she could get someone who could answer the question and she did not. She goes “most likely not.” If she originally said that she wasn’t here yesterday, I do not understand why she wouldn’t get someone to answer my question. The first time service was amazing but the second time it was terrible. The service manager called me and rectified the situation. Only issue I’ve ever had and it was resolved. Thank you!!

  Christopher was very helpful and friendly. I had a slow leak in one of my relatively new set of tires that I couldn’t find by spraying soapy water on the tire myself. I thought I also needed a tire rotation. The Mavis team was quick to find and plug a small pinhole in the tire and state my tires did not require a rotation as of yet. I informed Christopher I have dealt with shops in the past that would have suggested purchasing not one, but two new tires to remedy my leak and charged me for an unnecessary tire rotation. Christopher and the Mavis team are honest, friendly, respectful and quick. For sure great customer service that will keep anyone coming back, including myself, for future issues.

  I had a great experience with Chris today. The shield under my car had come off, and when I stopped by to ask about it, he took the time to look it over and explain what was going on. He was kind, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out was how willing he was to assist without making it a big ordeal. It’s rare to find someone in this line of work who shows that level of honesty and care. I left feeling grateful and impressed, and I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location and Chris to others.
