I came into Jiffy Lube feeling extremely stressed and overwhelmed. I was preparing for an important trip and thought I had enough to cover an oil change—but when I checked my account, I realized I didn't have enough money. I was trying to hold it together, but I’m sure it showed. Elijah was the first person I spoke with, and he immediately noticed I was worried. He looked me in the eye and gently reassured me that everything was going to be okay. That alone meant more than I can put into words. Then Justin stepped in, and what happened next truly felt like a blessing. Without hesitation, he told me they would take care of topping off my oil and fluids and make sure my car was safe—completely free of charge. No judgment, no questions, just pure kindness and compassion. They had no idea what I’ve been going through in my personal life, and they didn’t need to. They chose to show empathy simply because they saw someone who needed a little help. That kind of humanity is rare. Because of Justin and Elijah, I was able to leave not only with a safe vehicle, but with a full heart and a renewed sense of hope.
