  I had a reservation, which was confirmed over the phone 6 days prior and via website check in the day prior. When we arrived, we were told that there were no vehicles that were anywhere comparable to what we had reserved. The closest option was going to take around 20 mins to have ready. I was told that the impetus was on us to call other Enterprises in the area to see if they had a car. It’s baffling that none of the 8+ employees there took the time to call us prior and resolve the issue. We will not be renting from this location again, if any future Enterprise locations. Once in 5+ years family vacation significantly affected by their negligence.

  Used to be one of my favorite locations but this time was not pleasant. I asked for a pick up truck and told them I wanted to downsize after a few days and they said that was fine. Then when I got there they said they don’t have anything smaller available and with the gas prices I was not happy but let it go. Then today when I returned it they were so petty and made me go put more gas in it even though it was less then a hairline short of a full tank. The guy I was a smartass and I will not be back to this location and might not rent cars from here anymore even though I’ve always came to this location. I ended up having another employee check my rental in and he was much more pleasant than the first guy. I believe the guy that completed my check in was Devonte. Great employee

  The Manager, Alan, as well as Kevin, at this Enterprise location, are exceptional. They went above and beyond for me to ensure I secured a rental that met my and my families needs while our vehicle is in the shop being repaired. They also gave me cost options to ensure the rental was covered by my insurance company. I 100% recommend this location. Thank you!!

  I’ve rented several cars using this branch and have nothing but great things to say about the staff here! I absolutely love the customer service here, they are amazinggg at their job. Specifically Alan and Devonte, they are always so courteous and make the experience seamless. This is the only branch in Gainesville that I go to and I have no regrets ever. I would recommend this location to everyone! :)

  I had a great experience with Alan at the rental car counter. He was professional, friendly, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Alan took the time to make sure I got the best vehicle for my needs. His customer service was outstanding he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciated his positive attitude and efficiency. Highly recommend working with Alan if you get the chance!
