    My family and I have attempted to get our four vehicles washed several times at the 3010 SW Archer location, but we consistently find it closed for maintenance. I have visited multiple times, sometimes even on the same day, to confirm it wasn't just a scheduled closure. At this point, I need to take my car elsewhere, as it has been over three weeks since I last successfully used the service. I have three questions regarding this situation: Is the company planning on compensating members for this prolonged lack of service? Is there a definite plan to reopen this location, and if so, what is the projected date? Will you compensate for the cost of a third-party car wash in the interim until your location reopens? We look forward to your response regarding the status of this location and member compensation. Update: I tried to call the office as you requested and after several attempts I don't believe anyone is working there, please advise!!!

    Whenever they are open it's great! I just opened a membership in September and I've only been able to use it 2-3 times. I've been by there weekly and it's been closed for so long.

    We had our membership and came here for 3 weeks. The location is always closed. However, the worst part is that there is no communication about the situation. No text message saying when are they opening back. No email apologizing.

    This local site has been closed for over a month and I’m still paying my monthly membership. I have sent emails, called multiple times, with no response. I just want to cancel my membership and be refunded for services I can’t even use or didn’t use. I’m updating to respond to the response left by the business- try again. I have called that number multiple times for over a month and left voicemail, and have received no answer and no response.
