  I took my vehicle to Safelite for the front windshield replacement. They did a very good job and finished the installation prior to the suggested delivery time.

  I had a few hiccups with my original appointment, but Amanda in the office made everything much better. Stephen came out to do the install and was very helpful and very professional very pleased with my service.

  It started raining and I do not have carports or a garage. So the technician found a different location to be able to do the windshield replacement. He was so nice too.

  Technicians were on time, quick & knowledgeable but make sure you double check if you need an identical placement. I was left with a plain jane when I was told my window would have my factory logo just as before but it did not! Now I have to drive without having one of the main characters' that makes my vehicle special. Disappointing 😞

  Safelite is the most dangerous business I've ever been exposed to. Don't go here, I beg you. I'm begging you because for 6 months I've been begging them and they can't be bothered. There is no way to file a complaint or claim through the entire company either. They caused thousands in damage that I now have to go to court for. The tech shattered the old windshield into millions of pieces, from shards to fine powder and left it all over the yard and vehicle. My air bags are full of glass, my air vents and AC blower, dash, floors, hood, seats, everywhere. They cut my interior panels, bent the fender, broke and improperly installed the wiper rain sensor. Don't forget the 4 airbags and my entire vehicle now contaminated with fine, powdered glass and shards. I've been back there 3 times, they admit it's on them, say they will work on the ordering the parts, but aren't able or willing to do the repairs. They will not ever, once ever, return any of the dozens of phone calls or emails. I'm now well over 10 hours of phone calls and 18-20 hours total. I don't have functional wipers, damaged interior and exterior panels and airbags they turned into explosive weapons. DON'T GO HERE, I beg you. They would kill you and happily bill you for their services.
