- KSkyle selley3 days ago1.0So terrible. They said they would do things and didn’t do them. They did things obviously wrong, more than once. The tires weren’t even that cheap, I went here because they have good ratings and I assumed that they’d do a good job but the opposite was true. It took over 24 hours just to put two tires on. I had an appointment, they said it’d take about an hour. Turned out I might’ve not even needed new tires, the alignment they did a few months ago was done incorrectly. Then they put the tires on in obviously the wrong spots. Worst tread on the back of a rwd truck and new tires on front. I waited for them to finish, left and then had to come back immediately because they clearly did the alignment incorrectly AGAIN. The steering wheel was crooked and the truck pulled heavy to the right. I’ll still have to pay for another alignment somewhere else because at this point, I have no faith that they won’t do something incorrectly and cause problems with my vehicle. I made a huge mistake in coming here. It was a waste of my time and money.

While there they checked my car over found out my battery needed to be replaced..I had just bought a battery less than 2 years ago.went to the store in which I bought my battery they tested it and it was no good ..getting a new battery.Thank you marvis for checking my car you saved me from being left on the side of the road stranded because of a dead battery
