- MPM Perry2 days ago1.0I brought my 2003 Toyota Sequoia in for a full alignment after replacing most of the front suspension components. Before the alignment, the toe was significantly out, but the camber and caster were actually in better balance than after the work was completed. After the alignment, the shop corrected the toe, but the camber and caster readings ended up worse than when the vehicle arrived. Given that the truck has mostly new front-end components and adjustable cam bolts for camber and caster, I expected a more thorough adjustment rather than what appears to be primarily a toe correction. The vehicle is driveable, but the final alignment numbers suggest the camber and caster were not fully optimized. If you're looking for a shop that takes the time to carefully dial in all alignment angles, you may want to consider asking detailed questions about their process or exploring other alignment specialists.

Chris helped me and after doing their free inspection found out that I had a valve cover leak and would need a new valve cover. Chris was very informative speaking on his own experience with his Toyota’s and after some talking they were able to get it done. I wanted to give a huge thank you to Chris and this Mavis store overall, I will gladly be coming back!

After I did I checked and saw that I was a quart over and wouldn't be safe to drive back to NC. It was a Sunday and I needed to get home. I dropped by mavis and spoke to Ray. He had someone drain a quart and get me in my way! Great service and great work here. Highly recommend to anyone!
