They were super transparent and brought me out into the shop and actually showed me what was wrong with my car. Great atmosphere. Great prices and the service manager Don being incredibly handsome is a nice plus as well. 10/10 recommend.

I brought my VW in for a simple oil change, and they informed me that I also needed a brake fluid flush, which I agreed to. A few days later, my brake warning sensors went off. After checking my manual, I realized it was indicating low brake fluid. When I returned to the shop, they claimed they didn’t know my VW had a separate brake fluid reservoir that needed to be filled. If you’re not familiar with how to service specific vehicles, it’s best to be honest with customers rather than guess. My paperwork even stated that all fluid levels were fine. Then, just a few days later, another alert came on this time for dangerously low coolant levels. I went back again to ask why they hadn’t mentioned this during their inspection, especially since low coolant can be a serious issue. The technician admitted it was their oversight but said it was because they “don’t carry that specific type of coolant.” He told me I could go buy the coolant from VW which I did and they could add it in. Once I came back with the coolant the front desk lady said it was the wrong type I shot her down and said no VW said this is the only coolant they used. She insisted it was wrong so I called VW in front of her and they confirmed it was the only coolant they use for their VW’s. So she refused my service because she was wrong they let me drive off with low coolant, knowing it could cause damage. Unacceptable. In the end, they refused to help me further, and I had to fix the issue myself. Now I’m left questioning whether any of the services they performed during my initial visit were done correctly at all. Side note: The front desk lady with glasses told me I needed 8 quarts of coolant (about 2 gallons), which is completely incorrect the translucent plastic reservoir coolant tank only holds 3 quarts. Clearly, she isn’t the expert she made herself out to be.
