  I found my new oil change spot this morning! I was in and out and even got a deal on my oil change! Guys were very helpful and they topped off all of my fluids on both of my vehicles! I will for sure be back.

  I honestly can't thank this location and the folks inside enough for helping me. They worked on my car fixing issues that another auto shop created. They are reasonably priced, fair, honest, and know their stuff. I will be back soon to get any service done by them. I honestly wish I would have went to them first instead of tire plus on newberry rd. So if you ever need anything done on your car and you want honest and genuine mechanics that know their stuff go to Jiffylube on Newberry rd next to cicle k and waffle house. I honestly think they are the best in and around gainesville. Thank you all for helping me in such a horrible situation. May this business prosper throughout 2026.

  The Jiffy Lube Employees at this location are the best. Consistently given competent service. I have been to a few other locations in Florida and none compare to this Newberry Road operation. I will continue to give them my business. I recently stopped in because another Jiffy Lube place had not secured my air filter box and the gentleman was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much.

  When I arrived your employees got out of a car parked in the back lot of the garage and smelled very strongly of marijuana. A worker approached my vehicle and was mumbling. He was very hard to understand. I asked him repeatedly for a price quote and was told they don’t offer conventional oil changes, only synthetic and semi synthetic oil changes. He told me it would be $79 for the semi synthetic oil change service which I verified and confirmed before they began work. He told me it would be more if it required more than 5 quarts. I asked them to be sure and check my tire pressure, as the low pressure light was on and my tires needed air. I completed the registration information myself on the tablet, when asked by the employee. When the work was done, the total jumped to $110.00. I disputed the extra charges and was told ‘we don’t set the prices, and you have to pay for them’ I argued I was quoted $79 for an oil change which was inclusive, not a bunch of ad-hoc extra fees. Three different employees argued with me. Then an employee named AJ came out and agreed to ‘discount’ the bill with a coupon, making the total $79 plus tax ($82 total). I had downloaded a coupon online for $10 off prior to my arrival, which should have made the total $69 plus tax. AJ gave me a receipt. I was so angry and disgusted I paid the bill and left. When I got down the road I noticed my tire pressure light was still on. I verified they did not add air to my tires as requested. Additionally, on the receipt, the work order stated they had cleaned my windshield, checked my tire pressure, wiper blades, checked lights, and transmission level…etc. NONE of this was checked or topped off. I’m a car guy, I’ve worked on engines and my vehicles for decades. What your employees did and how they acted and treated me was unprofessional and awful. I intend to follow-up with someone at a corporate level with Jiffy Lube who can correct these employees and this situation. I’ve been to this same location before with another family work truck and had a completely different experience. I strongly suggest anyone considering using this 7531 Newberry Road location for car service to please go elsewhere. They are very dishonest, and unethical.

  I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for years and i’ve never had anything short of an exceptional experience. The staff are polite, professional, trustworthy, and efficient, and they have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to provide excellent customer service. I showed up tonight about 20 mins before close (and told them i’d happily come back if it was too late to get an oil change) but they welcomed me in and got me out in less than 20 mins. One of their staff members even walked down the street to grab an air cabin filter for me because mine needed replacing and they didn’t have any in their inventory. Can’t recommend this location enough.
