They had excellent customer service and an amazing environment. They took care of me in my vehicle. Such a blessing. Highly recommend this location only for oil and so much more. I did not get their names however, all three gentlemen did a superb job.

They were all gentleman and very professional and even gave me a bogo on my windshield wipers, that truly did need to be replaced and gave me a coupon on my oil change that save me 25 bucks. Service was quick and efficient and they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was working properly, lights and all, before I left. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. It was also nice that I didnt have to even get out of the vehicle, like most other places require. All in all I am satisfied with the service!

During this visit for an oil change, the tech didn’t change the oil filter (my regular mechanic signs his oil filters and the last one he installed and signed was still in there when I got home). They also decided to drain all of my transmission fluid out instead of changing the oil. They destroyed my transmission. I filed a claim, and they said they would reimburse me for the repairs and piss poor oil change. Here I am, ten months later, and the district manager ignores my calls. The tech was admittedly hungover from partying the night before and should not have even been changing my oil, because, apparently, only the manager is supposed to change the oil on Subarus, because of the close proximity of the transmission fluid and engine oil plugs to each other (the store manager was not even on duty on 12/26/2024). Thank you, Jiffy Lube, for your incompetence and lack of accountability. Shout out to the district manager, Phil, for ignoring my calls. I will continue warning everyone about this store’s incompetence every chance I get. Do not take your vehicle here, especially if it’s a Subaru, unless you want to spend thousands on a new transmission for some reason.
