    One of our tires developed a slow leak while on an extended road trip. We went in without an appointment, received very courteous and prompt service, and were back on the road in less than an hour.

    Never a problem with the work, or employees here, just the time spent to get service done. I’ve been here numerous times to get my F250 truck serviced for tires, maintenance, etc. and every time I go, I make an appointment, and still end up waiting 2-3 hours to get the job done. Today I had an appointment at 2, arrived 1:45 and at 4:30 after asking what the problem was I’m told oh they’re putting oil in it now. Keep in mind, I’m getting an oil change, and tire rotation, nothing major at all …. My question to them was why do I bother to make an appointment just to sit for 3 hours? I’ve given them too many chances to get it right, and I’m over it with their lack of respect for my time, I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on, I’m done here! They want to schedule way more work than they can complete, just to create more revenue for the store. If you’ve got all day to wait around by all means head here. If not find another place to go …..
