  I just rented a truck from these folks and it was extremely smooth and quick. Ricardo waited and me and made sure I understood everything. The two us did a walk-around inspection and everything was as it should be. He is one of the nicest individuals I have ever had dealings with.

  When i say Ricardo Rivera made an lasting impression and lifetime customer is a vase understatement im grateful for the extra mile this valued employee went especially when those things get taken for granted a 5 star review in my opinion just doesn't do enough and wish i could more the fact how modest and genuine he was made it my duty to shed as much light as possible I've rented PLENTY over the years especially with my nursing traveling assignments and i can tell you this its sad how many agents have NO customer service let alone know what customer centered service is nor work ethic or ANY integrity one of the things i pride myself on being a Air Force veteran and the experience was far by none coast to coast which is a bitter sweet thing BUT maybe with reviews like this one we can replace those individuals with more valued members with character like this one who represents the company with Valor and Good Values Job well done. I Pray this does not fall on deafs ears and blind eyes. Thank you for your time‼️
