    Thank you, Adham. We experienced mechanical difficulties with our rental and needed to get back home, 400 miles away. As soon as the Enterprise location opened, we met Adham Massoud , the assistant manager, and he was great. He listened. He cared. Adham had no vehicles available, but said he would eventually have something as the day progressed. We waited. It took us about 2 hours but Adham swapped out our problem car for a Tucson, and we made it home safely. Thank you, Adham. I note that while I am retired, I was a successful business owner for many years and recognized the talents of Adham. He diagnoses problems quickly and accurately. He manages his team efficiently and juggles many problems at once. He recalls the names of waiting customers and remembers their needs. Enterprise is lucky to have him and I am certain he will be successful in whatever he chooses as his long-term career.

    The guys doing checkout are awesome. Always courteous and professional. They have more patience than me for how they deal with. Jeremy was the best I've dealt with overall. Would highly recommend to anyone

    I have been an Enterprise rewards customer for 20 years. This facility wanted to charge me a $300 deposit. I've never been charged a deposit in my life with Enterprise. Spoke to a manager and corporate. They said it was OK. I told them will never ever rent from them again. They lost a long term customer over a stupid deposit.

    Awful experience, called ahead, was directly told that they had plenty of compact cars available. When we got there less than an hour later, there was a huge line, there were zero cars were available. They offered a larger vehicle as customers were dropping off, which we could not take on the roads of St. Augustine, and had to wait over 2 hours for a compact to be available. We were scheduled to return our car on Sunday before 6:00, which we did, and were charged for until Monday morning. We got a call from Alan about our poor experience, which he apologized for and readjusted our price to the correct amount, but then tried to push the onus of blame on the customer explaining “most people were happy with an upgrade, if we didn’t want one we should have specified when we originally called.” They gave the excuse that they were the largest enterprise in Gainesville making it hard to keep up with demand. First, they should have specified there were no compact cars in the call instead of lying. Why would we inform them ahead of time that we would decline an upgrade while being told the car we reserved was plentifully available??? Makes zero sense. Additionally, if you’re the largest enterprise in Gainesville, you should have more resources. If you can’t keep up with the demand, cap the number of people making reservations. If you can’t communicate with the customer when supply is low, a reservation means absolutely nothing. Absolutely poor handling before, during, and after our experience, we were pretty much failed at every step. We will not be returning to this company. Also, this company rents out vans to ICE FYI.
