  I'm using three stars because I've used this location to rent a car so many times and it's usually OK but I had one particularly bad experience. I just want the people to work there to remember that everyone shows up there for a different reason. I did not have a vacation planned or any other reason that I had Plans or reservations ahead of time to rent a car... my car broke down and I had to Get it towed to the dealership. I had my dog with me so it was already a stressful enough to have to ride in the tow truck with my dog to the dealership Service Dept. I clean houses for a living so I had all of my cleaning supplies with me in my vehicle as well. THE DEALERSHIP Called enterprise to come pick me up and take me to their location to get a rental car that was being paid for by the dealership because the issue with my car was related to a recall. I was already so stressed out that this happened while I was out and about. I was embarrassed about the fact that I not only had my dog with me but I also had to bring my cleaning supplies. Luckily the guy who picked me up from the dealership in a minivan was really nice about it and helped me move the stuff from the trunk of my car into the van but when we got to the enterprise location I get out with my dog on a leash and I have my cleaning supplies in the minivan. Someone who was working in the office came out and the guy who was driving the van looked at him and explain to him that I had a bunch of stuff in the back that I needed to get out so that I could put it in whatever car they were going to give me. Once he explained that the guy who had just come out of the office looked at him with a stunned look on his face right in front of me and said "SERIOUSLY?!" So thank you for adding insult injury. Not only that but then I was basically screwed because there I am standing there with my dog on a leash. All my cleaning supplies on the sidewalk out front and I couldn't even go inside because I had my dog with me. I understand that most businesses don't allow for people to bring their dogs in and I get that but again I wasn't planning on my car breaking down and I was already so stressed out. I ended up leaving in tears feeling so embarrassed. So all I'm asking is for the people who work there to remember that some people end up there because their car broke down and they were not expecting to have to come rent a car and try to meet us at the door with a little bit of kindness instead of judgment.

  Kevin Sieber at Enterprise car rentals on 39th St Gainesville is top notch in customer service. Dealing with someone who really likes customer service is refreshing.

  Very helpful and polite team! Fadi, their assistant manager, is fantastic and went the extra mile for me when I was having trouble.

  Why reserve a car and then they don’t have what you reserved this place is a joke go somewhere else and rent a car fly by night. Contacted to get another apology for the inconvenience minus the one star. Look around save yourself time and hassle get what you reserve is all. And make sure they are cleaned
