  Extremely disappointed. I rented a jeep for a week. This was my vacation. I wanted something fun and comfortable. So I selected the Jeep for the reservation. RESERVED. Only to find out it was given away. My reservation was given away.... Somebody didn't do their job. There was no walk around with the attendant either. I got a Telluride instead. Which smelt like it was smoked in. But not before being rudely dismissed by the attendant. I was told I would be discounted. Never happened either. I've rented numerous times with Enterprise. This experience at the Gainsville regional airport has lost my business indefinitely. I'll go with anyone else and give them a shot. If you can't follow a reservation, if you don't treat your customers with dignity and respect, and don't follow through with your word, you don't deserve my business.

  I called the number at the bottom of the rental form and couldn't get to a real person. The recording didn't address my concerns. Also, I had a difficult time because of all of the distractions located on the dashboard and steering wheel.

  Giving 5 stars solely for the employee at this location named Robert, who was not only the FIRST person at multiple rental locations of various companies who greeted me with not just a GREAT attitude and kindness but also ACTUALLY helped me, even though I ended up having to rent through a different location due to the credit card I happened to have with me. He truly made my day a thousand times better!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Let’s start with a name Galine and Jacqueline (probably fake names) one or both might be one of the managers I think. My sister and I rented a car to drive from Indiana to Florida to see our grandparents for a cruise. We picked up the car in Indiana. Our original reservation was giving to someone else. So the car we received wasn’t the one we reserved. After going through an entire process it was about closing time for them so when we left to start our journey we realized the car was not going to be big enough. We couldn’t swap out again because the location was closed. So we had to start driving to Florida, and on the way we called several enterprise locations none had any inventory. So we called the customer service line to get them to help us. They made us a new reservation here and when we went in they REFUSED to give us the car. Customer service stated it would be no problem to swap out. “These cars are for airport customers only.” “They told you what you wanted to hear over the phone so you would get off the phone.” “Our rental system is an open booking online it allows you to reserve cars even thought we have none available.” We didn’t put the reservation in the customer service for enterprise put that reservation in for us. They stated they had no cars to give, but it allowed you to pay and reserve them online at this location. Brian the guy at the front desk while his manager wasn’t around kept telling us that they did have the car that was on our reservation available, and that they did have a car for us. He said he was just doing what he was told and I bet it was for them to NOT let us swap our rental. This is and was the worst service to receive. These people lied to us on so many occasions. Then gave us a card with a fake name and number on it. This location just must be in the business to screw people over. It’s sick. None of this made any sense whatsoever
