    Our department reserved two vehicles months in advance. We had a 12-passenger van and a mini van. Upon arrival, they said the mini van was no longer available. They ended up giving us a smaller vehicle. The smaller vehicle completely reeked of cigarette smoke.

    The Gainesville Reginal Airport Enterprise car rental was a great experience. Robert was the total vine of my wonderful experience. I left the counter with warmth in my heart and a smile on my face. The world needs more Robert's like the one you have working for your company.

    I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Robert and Ms. Maggie at the Gainesville Regional Airport, and I cannot say enough about how phenomenal they were! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel so special as a client and customer. I had originally booked with another company, but even with a reservation number, they were sold out. What could have been a frustrating or negative situation turned into an incredibly positive experience thanks to their professionalism, care, and attentiveness. Thank you so much to Mr. Robert and Ms. Maggie, the branch manager, for going above and beyond.I will absolutely continue to use Enterprise whenever I travel.

    Had an awesome experience with Enterprise they helped me out when Hertz had no reservation for me or a vehicle for me to rent after I had made a reservation week prior to going in the Enterprise people helped me out and I surely appreciate it
