  I really liked the ease of the process and assistance at this location. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Mark handled most of the work related to my rental. Someone had broken into my car (a Kia) so my insurance was covering a rental while my car was in the shop. Mark picked me up from the repair shop and took me to Enterprise. He made sure I knew the ins and outs of the vehicle I rented since I had never driven a large pick up truck (Chevrolet Silverado 4x4) before. The ride of the vehicle was smooth and the car was very clean. I will definitely use this location in the future should I need to rent a car.

  Feb 12.2026 William and Sylvia Johnson here... We were totally and completely satisfied with Enterprise Rental Car. All representatives, whom we spoke with, listened attentively to any issues, questions or concerns, that we may have had. We were always welcomed and served with a smile. We were made to feel like a valued customer and appreciated for doing business with Enterprise. This type of service is assured that everytime we need to rent a vehicle, Enterprise will no doubt be our choice, every time. May the Most High our Creator continue to bless the Enterprise Rental Car family.

  The team at Enterprise was responsive and well versed at their job. The vehicle I rented was great, clean and operated well. The pick and return process were both painless.

  Rented a car a week in advance and showed up the morning of my reservation only to be told that there were no cars available since two days ago and nothing they could do. They did not call or email me in advance to let me know this. Another rental car showed up to be returned and they let them extend their rental in front of me instead of giving me the car. We have a cruise reservation in 3 hours and are unlikely to make it now. The staff were extremely unhelpful and I would recommend going with another company or location if you actually want a car. UPDATE: I went ahead and contacted customer service as the business owner requested in their reply. I was told that they would "alert local management to the issue" and no additional steps were taken. I was not offered compensation or renumeration. I would not rent a car from this company again and would not recommend them or their customer service to others.
