- JRJenny RajkumarDec 26, 20251.0Rented a car a week in advance and showed up the morning of my reservation only to be told that there were no cars available since two days ago and nothing they could do. They did not call or email me in advance to let me know this. Another rental car showed up to be returned and they let them extend their rental in front of me instead of giving me the car. We have a cruise reservation in 3 hours and are unlikely to make it now. The staff were extremely unhelpful and I would recommend going with another company or location if you actually want a car. UPDATE: I went ahead and contacted customer service as the business owner requested in their reply. I was told that they would "alert local management to the issue" and no additional steps were taken. I was not offered compensation or renumeration. I would not rent a car from this company again and would not recommend them or their customer service to others.
