However, I couldn’t help but feel upset watching someone who appeared to be in his 60s working out in the blazing sun doing labor-intensive tasks, while several young employees were inside in the air conditioning. James was visibly sweating and feeling the heat (especially after having just installed a battery on a previous car before he helped me) yet he still handled everything with grace and professionalism. It’s honestly disheartening. We should be respecting our elders, not putting them in physically demanding conditions while younger staff stay indoors. This isn’t about James’s dedication, it’s about fairness and compassion. I truly hope management reconsiders how work is assigned. Employees like James deserve better. Thank you, James, for your kindness, hard work, and incredible attitude. You’re a rare gem in customer service these days.
