  The rental process was quite easy, the Gainesville Airport location of the cars was convenient, and the agents (at least the one I had) were very knowledgeable and helpful.

  Great experience! They were available last minute when another rental car company that I had booked through was not available. The manager, Galina, provided amazing customer service despite it being late at night! Would highly recommend this company for your rental car needs!

  I had issues with my convertible car rented in Miami (engine warning light) and I was told by Road Assistance try to manage to drive it next 35miles to Gainesville being ensured that replacement car will be waiting for me there. Well, when I arrived, nobody at the desk knew about me and I was asked to wait till they manage to serve rush-hour flights. After an hour, I was given car that needed oil replacement. Then, they gave me car that had broken rear bumper but no evidence about it in any documentation. So... After almost 3 hours, I was finally given some spare car - 7 place full size SUV, that is absolutely inconvenient for my needs. Thank you for notning! EDIT: Moreover, young lady at the desk was very rude. I asked her if she can repeat to me the parking lot number and she showed me that I'm stupid, because I'm not able to remember one number...
