    I was sold the wrong oil, did an oil change. Had my mechanic friend notice the oil I put in and asked me if I was trying to blow my motor up? I noticed that the oil was wrong and called to communicate my issue with advanced auto parts, and a gentleman who refused to tell me his name or allow me to speak with a manager claimed he was the manager and told me his name was John Doe and continued berating me with a massively disrespectful attitude considering I haven’t even communicated I wanted a refund yet. He hung up on me several times just to answer and essentially hang up the second he realized it was me, he claimed to have gotten the “gm” over his own phone using his own phones speakerphone after refusing several times to give me his number or even his general managers name. I am left after spending over 150$ in oil, solutionless and absolutely stepped on and thrown to the side. Do not, I repeat… DO NOT use this store for anything whatsoever with any anticipation of customer service or problem solving abilities. These people treat this store like it is their own playground.

    The posted hours of operation online don’t match the actual store hours. I needed a headlight for my car and drove across town to get one. I showed up at 8:13. The store supposed to be open till 830. They are locked up tight and closed. Very frustrating. It’s not that hard to change the hours of operation on a Google profile. Sometimes it’s the little things that really matter.
