I'll be back next paycheck to get my car running like dream. I've come to this place before for convenience but I keep coming back because I have always had a good and quick experience. Been ripped off by dealerships and this is just the opposite situation entirely.

- AFAlberto FonticobaFeb 18, 20261.0I went on Saturday to get my oil changed. First time I go to Valvoline usually I go to the dealer. I paid $160 for an oil change and got terrible service. The gentleman putting in the oil was careless and spilled oil all over my engine, more than ones. I have a custom painted red engine. When I left my car was smoking out the grill and the vents because of the burning oil on the engine. About 15 minutes later I get a call from one of your technicians saying that they forgot to put back my skid plate, but that is no big deal. To me it is a big deal the skid plate protects my motor from debris and water. I went back and instead of raising my car on a lift. They were on the floor installing it. It took them over 40 minutes because my car is low to the ground. The whole time my car was still smoking . As I was driving home, I heard a weird noise. Didn’t pay much attention to it cause it stopped. When I got home, I realized that my skid plate had fallen off.now on top of the $160 for the oil change I have to spend over $80 to buy a new skid plate for my car. I don’t think I will be going back.
