Aftermarket tires on vehicle and they over pressurized the tires because they didn’t know any better and just used the door tag . Didn’t recommend anything. Don’t even print the receipt. Let them know about the tires as they can’t use door spec, that seemed to be a burden to them t correct pressure given the look they gave me . Told me no air filter for truck in stock as I requested one. They didn’t even pull filter to check it . I feel like this store has no structure with young adults and no real management to guide these young workers to be more professional and successful.

So they broke the underneath panel to my wife's car(they replaced it after 2 tries and the new one rattles like hell and the oil dipstick for my 1500 sierra at the u.s 41 location didn't even let us know, and the panel came off while we were driving in the interstate and the dipstick costed me $150 to fix it. Then, last week at the forum location I came to get a oil change not even a hour later, I'll pull up to my parents' driveway, and I have oil all over the driveway, not to mention my clients driveway as well the following day. I figured it was just a little bit of oil from them, changing it and it had to burn off but ever since they changed the oil, it's been a slow few drops leak from that moment. So I jumped underneath the car to tighten up the oil plug that was left loose and where the oil filters location it looks like they Didnt drain the oil pan before removing the oil filter because my jeep didn't leak any oil, not even a drop and inside part of the entire front bumper and parts area is drenched in oil. I literally had to get underneath the car, wipe everything down and add brake cleaner because they spilled oil and let it run all over the place and didn't even clean it. I also had to go back to my client's house and bring out my pressure washer just to clean up the spots on his driveway that my jeep was leaking. Two weeks later, the small slow leaks has stopped, but I still feel it was spilled oil.
