  Fool me once...shame on me, fool me twice...I very rarely get my oil changed here because the prices are so inflated (oil change at Walmart is half the price and I can shop for the week while I wait around instead of dying of heat exhaustion in my car), but when I do it is for the sake of CONVENIENCE. I am in a rush and I have about a half hour to get it done, and I give them credit for accomplishing that. And in the past I have enjoyed their customer service, however, the last two times I ended up having to return because of carelessness. The first time it was the plug covers for my tires, which was weird but obnoxious, all but one forgotten when they put them back on. This time it was a whole 29.99 passenger wiper! To be fair, I guess I should've been paying closer attention? I was doing a Connections puzzle and saw the first and trusted the second was there. After being pressured to spend another $229 on transmission fluid (only $150 tops at Walmart for specialty vehicles) and an air filter and told my tires are cracking (not a service they provide outside of rotations which I have never seen done there and was told they don't do them when I asked for a previous car), I was finally finished after watching someone struggle to put the air filter in which was worrying, then drove off assuming I got what I paid for and went home. When I left a little later, I needed my wiper blades and only had one which was thankfully on my driver side so I could see in the rain on 75. I tried calling the local 239 number listed and was sent to a machine which would not let me speak to a 'manager' and kept redirecting me 5 times before giving me a person. I got a person told them the problem then they transferred me again then I explained again and got hung up on. So, I had to call back and do the same thing again. The second time I said 'refund' not manager and it was a little faster, but still repeated myself at least 3x. Then after being sent through to someone who transferred me again I gave a report and they took my number and said I would get a call. About 20 minutes later while at my daughter's chorus performance (and at this point about 8 hours after my 'convenient stop' at Valvoline) I got a phone call from the assistant manager offering a refund (not convenient) or to come in on Sunday to get what I paid for (not convenient). I let her know I would be there when they opened at 7am since I have work and a kid to get ready. She flatly gave me a scripted "We apologize for the inconvenience" and hung up. I woke up 4 hours earlier than I needed to after losing an hour of sleep this morning and the poor gentlemen on staff had no idea what was going on (and I was frustrated and grumpy so I apologized and they were kind which the only reason they got more than 1 star) but the manager should've left an invoice, the wiper blade, and some context for them and perhaps a coupon would've been nice 👌 Save the money, go to Wal-Mart or find a good mechanic or better yet, learn a new skill 🙂

  Got oil changed and fuel filters done on my 2020 f250. Always very quick, service is great and Customer service is phenomenal and very reasonable priced. Wonderful employees all around. Great experience each time.

  Beba filled my oil and serviced me fast and professionally I was rude and she was still so nice and upbeat Jose one of the managers and Kenny the other manager always make me smile they’re truly great people and even better employees
